Video has surfaced of Frisch's unhinged appearance at a January 22
meeting of teh Eugene Police Auditor Ordinance Review Committee.
Her performance is only watchable by adding teh obvious LULZ:
So, at a time when Frisch faces criminal charges for harassment and
recklessly illegal use of mace, she continues to add to the ample
evidence of her recklessness.
As usual.
And what is even better, she is pulling down posts where she insults her critics.
