FRISCH RELEASED DURING NIGHT

Lane County (April 19)--In an unexpected development,
Oregon Criminal LCAC1675174 Deborah Ellen Frisch
was released from jail at 10:28PM Saturday, capping
a 16-day stint.

Jail records have been amended to reflect Frisch's being
categorized as in "Capacity-Based [overcrowding] Release."

State court records also reveal that prosecutors are ready
in the event that Frisch refuses a plea-deal at an expected
May 11th hearing. The state has set aside a date and locale
for a jury-trial at 9:30AM on Thursday, May 28th.
