Bend, OR (Jan 11)--Oregon Criminal 1675174 (and convicted Colorado felon) Deborah Ellen Frisch was arrested this morning, charged with Supplying Contraband in violation of ORS
162.185.

Held on $10,000 bond, Miss Debbie faces arraignment tomorrow.

In the meantime, Debbie will be locked in her usual cell at Deschutes County Jail
