FRISCH CONFIRMS CHARGES,
REJECTS SETTLEMENT
"PROCEEDING AS IF THERE WILL BE A TRIAL"
Eugene, OR (Jan 22)--Facing charges of physical harassment
and illegal use of mace/pepper spray, Debbie blogged that she
rejected a settlement at a Lane County Criminal Court hearing
on Jan. 9.
"Since I rejected [the Deputy DA's] 'settlement offer,'" Debbie
wrote, "we are proceeding as if there will be a trial."
The revelation appeared in a personal blog (screencap below).
Frisch also took potshots at her former attorneys and victims.
(Frisch's past harassment caused her to be hit with an injunction
by a Denver civil court in 2007. She was arrested for stalking
and harassing another victim in 2006, for which Frisch received
a year's probation. This followed Frisch's losing her job after
posting threatening comments online. [She remains
unemployed, for obvious reasons.] Frisch's behavior hasn't
improved.)
