FRISCH HIT WITH RESTRAINING ORDER

Will Third Time Be Teh Charm?

Eugene, OR (Jan 26)--Deb Frisch received a restraining order
during the early afternoon of December 5, 2008, local public
records reveal.

"A person may obtain a Stalking Protective Order," explains
the website for teh Lane County Circuit Court, "if he/she or
a member of the immediate family or household has been the
subject of stalking and qualifies under Oregon law."

This is the third restraining order Frisch has received; she
received two restraining orders on behalf of other victims
in 2006. The Dec. 5 visit also adds to Frisch's ample
"experience" with security personnel and law enforcement:

    Was this only a petition for a restraining order, or was it actually issued?

    I have heard one more recent victim of harassment by Frisch requested one from a judge who (apparently being unfamiliar with her full history) did not apprehend the necessity of one at that time.
