Eugene (June 10)--The Lane County Court website added a June 10th date to the Frisch docket last week; the event is described as a  "Pre-Trial Conference."

Debbie was still considering a deal offered by teh Deschutes District Attorney. She was also making noises about attempting to submit a


"Motion to Dismiss" the charges against her, as well as making masturbatory "TORT CLAIMS" threats.

If Miss Debbie rejects the present deal, authorities have scheduled a July 1st trial for Debbie's latest criminal behavior.
