FRISCH RELEASED DURING NIGHT

Lane County (August 9)--Owing to jail overcrowding,
Oregon Criminal LCAC1675174 Deborah Ellen Frisch
was released from jail Saturday night, capping a brief
jail stay following her arrest for violating her probation
Thursday.

Jail records have been amended to reflect Frisch's being
categorized as in "Capacity-Based [overcrowding] Release."

Miss Debbie still faces a probation-violation hearing at 8:30am on Monday, August 17th, where she could be
sentenced to several months behind bars.
