LAWSUIT IN FED COURT
Eugene, OR (Sept 21)--Federal Court records record that, in a desperate attempt to evade responsibility for her criminal behavior, dummy Deb Frisch lobbed a frivolous civil complaint to Oregon Federal Court on Monday.
Defendants in the case include authorities tasked with holding Miss Debbie responsible for her habitual criminal behavior: teh City of Eugene, Lane County, Deschutes County, the Eugene Water and Electric Board, and Sponsors, Inc.
Details of the civil complaint are as yet unknown. Yet, since Miss Debbie was declared a "vexatious litigant" by the Oregon Federal Courts in 2010, Debbie's complaint is slated to be screened before it is served on anyone.
Will Debbie's latest turd survive a judge's review? Probably not (since the Oregon Federal Courts are very aware of Debbie's criminal habits and vexatious abuses of lawsuits to further her StalkHarassThreatening projects), but who knows?
