Debbie wanted on felony intimidation
Weld County CO (Sept 5)--Oregon Offender 278185 Debbie Frisch's latest felony arrest warrant is for Intimidation, according to details published by the Weld County Criminal Court today.
Also made public was Miss Debbie's VIN number on her escape-vehicle, a blue 2016 Subaru Impreza: JF1GPAA60G8212871
Miss Debbie has been on teh run from justice since the Court issued the warrant Thursday. Her stalking, harassment and threatening of criminal justice officials has persisted and broadened--leading to potential additional criminal charges and warrants in California and Oregon, according to sources to Teh Squeak.

She was booked in by the San Diego Sheriffs at 1:39 PM on a felony fugitive warrant, shown as Not Eligible For Release, No Bail

So, now that Deb is harassing the courts it matters.

That 9/7 appearance resulted in a continuance till 9/10/18 at 1:30

ReplyDeleteAnd Miss Debbie's 9/10 appearance has been continued until today at 1:30 which is past. I'm not sure when any update will be available. Perhaps someone else has updated info. She's scheduled on the Felony Arraignment Calendar on a 1551 Warrant which is used when someone has either escaped an out of state jail or violated his/her/its out of state probation or parole.

You all know Miss Debbie's penchant for ethnic slurs and very specifically Irish ones. Well her arraignment judge's name is MAUREEN F. HALLAHAN. Are we having fun yet?
And Miss Debbie's current home away from home is a very modern facility. Some good news, it is one of only two facilities in the county with a psychiatric security area. Some not a good news:
Another new operational philosophy employed at LCDRF is “Direct Supervision.” Under this philosophy, deputies are stationed in inmate housing areas rather than being segregated in deputy’s stations apart from the inmates. This allows for greater interaction between inmates and staff and the ability to resolve conflicts before they become more serious problems.
Given Miss Debbie's issues with representatives of the judicial system, one might wonder how that's going.
Update, she's been arraigned and now is in the San Diego Court system. She has a return visit in a month (10/11/2018). She's still listed as "Not Eligible For Release, No Bail" Which means she will be a guest of San Diego while Weld County files for extradition. No records have been scanned yet so th-th-th-that's all folks
