DEB FRISCH SENTENCED:
JAIL THRU MAY 2016!!

Eugene (Sept 1)--It looks like Oregon Criminal Debbie Frisch
will be learning the consequences of her actions at the Lane
County Jail for quite some time.

According to Lane County Jail records, Miss Debbie was
found GUILTY of probation-violations at her hearing yesterday,
and sentenced to a jail term ending on 27 May 2016.

It is unknown whether Miss Debbie might be released earlier if jail overcrowding persists.
(Miss Debbie was sentenced to a 90 day jail term in October 2010--only to be released
a sickeningly short 10 days later.)

What IS known is that Miss Debbie still faces FURTHER criminal charges for Menacing,
Criminal Trespass and 3 counts of Telephonic Harassment.

Eugene (Aug 31)--In just a few hours, Oregon Criminal Debbie Frisch
may soon have a hefty jail-sentence of 105+ days behind bars, as a
result of her repeated violations of her probation this summer.

Several of Debbie's victims are expected to appear to testify at today's
hearing.

Miss Debbie has been jailed since her arrest on other charges August 15th.
She still faces charges of Menacing, Criminal Trespass, and Telephonic
Harassment (3 counts) in connection with that arrest. Frisch will face a
Court Hearing in connection with those charges on Sept. 21. Frisch is also
expected to be hit with Restraining Orders by two of her victims, as
a result of a civil hearing scheduled for Sept. 14.

While Debbie has been behind bars, Google took the amusing step of
yanking Debbie's harassing and defamatory blogs from teh internet.

NEW JUDGMENT DAY:

Eugene (Aug 17)--Oregon Criminal Deborah Ellen Frisch will have a busy month ahead of her, according to a Lane County Court calender released today.

Miss Debbie was arraigned, in jail, on charges of Menacing and Abuse of the 911 Call System this afternoon. She pleaded not guilty. A Pre-Trial Conference on the charges, both Class A misdemeanors, has been scheduled for September 21st.

Frisch's probation-violation hearing, originally scheduled for this morning, has been postponed until August 31st.

In a surprise addition, there will be two hearings on September 14th, in which Frisch's victims will petition for restraining orders against Debbie's escalating stalking, harassing and threatening behavior.

Frisch has been behind bars since midnight Saturday. It is unknown whether Miss Debbie will remain jailed until her probation-violation hearing, or whether she may skate early on a Capacity-Based Release. Stay tuned!

DEBBIE SEEKS TO

Eugene (Aug 11)--Deborah Ellen Frisch (aka Oregon Criminal #1675174) has indicated that she will move to delay her probation-violation hearing, scheduled for next Monday in Lane County criminal court.

Miss Frisch faces the imposition of a 105-day jail-sentence if she is found in violation of her probation. She has already been found in violation once, after a hearing on June 10th. In that hearing, Miss Debbie pleaded guilty/no-contest to charges of making a false statement and violating the condition of her probation requiring her to receive a psychiatric evaluation.

FRISCH RELEASED DURING NIGHT

Lane County (August 9)--Owing to jail overcrowding,
Oregon Criminal LCAC1675174 Deborah Ellen Frisch
was released from jail Saturday night, capping a brief
jail stay following her arrest for violating her probation
Thursday.

Jail records have been amended to reflect Frisch's being
categorized as in "Capacity-Based [overcrowding] Release."

Miss Debbie still faces a probation-violation hearing at 8:30am on Monday, August 17th, where she could be
sentenced to several months behind bars.

Eugene (Aug 7)--Oregon Criminal Deborah Frisch, arrested for repeated violations of her probation, may not have to wait long for adjudication of her latest criminal behavior.

Late Friday, teh Lane County Courthouse website posted a date, judge and courtroom for Frisch's Probation Violation Hearing.  Miss Debbie is scheduled to face the music on Monday, August 17th at 8:30am:


Debbie Frisch received a 105-day suspended jail sentence on June 10th, after pleading guilty/no-contest to charges of making a false criminal report and violation of probation.

After the plea-deal, Miss Debbie quickly returned to her stalking, harassing, and threatening behavior--both online and in real life, thus leading to Thursday's arrest.

The desired outcome, of course, would be: 1) to impose the full jail-sentence on Debbie, as well
as 2) increase the stringency of her probation-conditions (as occurred after a probation-violation
hearing in 2010)--including a ban on Internet use.  It is unknown whether the Lane County District Attorney's office will pursue such a sentence. Also unknown is whether Frisch's second probation-violation conviction will carry additional jail time.

DEBBIE ESCALATES THREATS IN 
FUTILE ATTEMPT TO EVADE 
PROBATION-REQS

Eugene (June 22)--Ten days ahead of a July 2nd deadline to file paperwork required of her, Oregon Criminal Debbie Frisch has escalated her StalkHarassThreaten strategery, in a second futile attempt to evade the Psych-Evaluation condition of her probation.

Miss Debbie first signaled her intention to renege on her June 10th probation-deal late last week. Since then, she has targeted various members of the Deschutes and Lane County criminal justice system for online and IRL stalking, harassment and threatening, including:

• Two Lane County Court judges who oversaw Debbie's plea-bargain hearings in criminal court on March 30th and June 10th

• Staff of the Lane County Courthouse who didn't file paperwork to Debbie's "DO IT NOW!!1"-satisfaction

• Members of the District Attorney's office overseeing Debbie's probation for her criminal behavior

• Frisch's past stalking-victims, whose criminal complaints helped precipitate Miss Debbie's Feb 19 arrest this year for stalking (and other charges).

VIOLATE PROBATION AGAIN
Tries to evade court-ordered psych evaluation

Eugene (June 18)--Here we go again? 

Oregon Criminal Deborah Ellen Frisch has apparently filed, today, a
"Motion for a Stay of Execution of Defendant Sentence," in
which Frisch threatens to violate a central condition of her
court-imposed probation (which runs through March 2017).

Miss Debbie seeks to "delay until August 2 the July 2, 2015
deadline for complying with the condition that defendant
obtain a mental health evaluation." She notes that the
prosecutor in the case has reminded Frisch that she faces
a 105-day jail-sentence unless she obeys the conditions
of her probation--including the mandatory psych-evaluation.

"In exchange," Debbie laughably offers, "plaintiff will waive
the right to serve any more tort claims until August 2, 2015."
(Frisch seems unaware that EVERYONE is aware that her
lawsuit-threats are toothless.) Frisch goes on to claim that
charges against her (which were already settled by her
pleas of no-contest at court-hearings March 30th and
June 10th) would be "dismissed" if authorities perused
Frisch's threats to file frivolous lawsuits against them.

"If this motion is ignored or denied," Debbie threatens,
"defendant will...go to the emergency room to obtain
the mental health evaluation in order to avoid...105
days in jail." It seems unlikely that such a maneuver
would satisfy the written requirements of Miss Debbie's
court-ordered probation.

Frisch has already tried, stupidly, to evade the psych-
evaluation condition of her probation. On June 10th,
15 days of her 105-day suspended sentence were for
her violation of the psych-evaluation condition of her
probation.

EUGENE, OR (June 10): Two months after her arrest on new criminal charges (and violating the conditions of her 2-year probation sentence), Oregon criminal 1675174 now has another Class A Misdemeanor on her record--and a 90+day suspended jail sentence hanging over her head should she misbehave again.

In a court hearing Wednesday, Deborah Ellen Frisch surrendered to the inevitable, but not before hilariously trying to play lawyer.

Teh Daily Squeak was fortunate to have an eyewitness to teh clusterphuque yesterday, and agreed to an interview (where smoking was permitted).

"WHAT I SAW AT THE HEARING"
Interview with: Trixter Lom, Intrepid Reporter

Teh Daily Squeak: So, Trixter, what was the atmosphere in the hearing-room? 

Trixter Lom: Very uncomfortable.Only a handful of people at first. Waiting around.
Plus, that attempted child-molester from Wales had a hearing. What a circus!

Squeak: Since Debbie has the mind of a three-year-old, the waiting must have grated on her.

Trix: Of course! There was an elderly lawyer there, with a younger female protege (I gathered).
Debbie imposed herself on them. "Are prosecutors always this late?!" And so on. Then Debbie
barked at someone not to sit next to her: "I'M REPRESENTING MYSELF!!" she wailed.

Squeak: Typical Debbie. She has an obese sense of entitlement. 

Trix: So at last, the hearing starts. Everything was pretty much in order. The District Attorney
said he was ready for trial. But Frisch was willing to plea no contest or guilty. The judge started
listing the conditions of Debbie's new sentence: 90 days in jail suspended. Complete her
psych treatment. Must cease phone and email contact with people when ordered to do so--

Squeak: Weird. That's already a crime in Oregon--in fact, Debbie was arrested for that back
in 2006. Telephonic harassment. Stalking. Then again, I guess packing it into the probation-
conditions would make it easier to hold Debbie accountable if she resumes her stalk-harass-
threaten-ing habits...[Editor's Note: Indeed, the Deschutes DA later emailed a list of unknown
would-be victims of Debbie, letting them know that, if Debbie persisted in her criminal 
harassment behavior, "appropriate actions" would be taken]

Trix: So the judge is listing these conditions (15 days suspended jail-sentence on the probation-
violation, no-contact conditions...) when Debbie starts barking.

Squeak: Typical Debbie: always reading to snatch a bigger defeat from the jaws of a more 
modest defeat. So how did wannabe lawyer Debbie perform? 

Trix: Judge had to order her, repeatedly, not to interrupt. And STAND when you're addressing
the court.

Squeak: Headline: "Debbie Lacks First Clue of Lawyering"--that'd be a good headline...
except it's not exactly news to anyone...

Trix: So Debbie wants to know if the judge read her "motion." Yes, the judge answered.

Squeak: Did the judge actually answer without laughing? If so, the honorable Judge H. deserves herself
a medal.

Trix: The judge was amazingly patient with Debbie. The prosecutors, too.

Squeak: The fact that Debbie wasn't slapped in jail on Contempt of Court is evidence of superhuman restraint, on their part. 
Not to mention suspending the jail sentence.

Trix: Anyhow, so Debbie was disturbing the proceedings--even accusing the judge of "perjury" and calling things "moot"--

Squeak: As if Debbie has the first clue what those legal terms actually mean--

Trix: The judge decided to defer Frisch's case to the end of the session. She told Debbie and the prosecutors to sit in front and
wait. So Debbie--

Squeak: Lemmee guess: Debbie parked her fat arse in the back of the courtroom--

Trix: How ever did you guess?!

Squeak: "You're not the boss of me!" The quote that got Debbie arrested her very first time.

Trix: So the judge dispenses with the other cases. Efficiently. Professionally.
Now it's time to deal with Debbie. The judge describes the basis of Debbie's crime:
Calling 911, making a false report. Debbie's waiving her right to a trial. Waiving her
right to be sentenced later. Waiving right to counsel...

Squeak: It all sounds pro forma. So what, exactly, is the sticking-point?

Trix: The requirement that Debbie agree to the psychiatric oversight of QRA.

Squeak: Aha, I should have known. Debbie always has been allergic to accountability.

Trix: The prosecutor goes through this long list of psych counselors that Debbie has alienated--

Squeak: Typical Debbie: stalk-harass-threaten everyone who has oversight, then demand they recuse themselves for being "biased."

Trix: Well, Debbie's lawyering got nowhere: she's still required to obey the psych oversight probation-condition.

Squeak: Anything in writing on that?

Trix: Debbie signed consent forms, allowing QRA to report whether or not she complies.

Squeak: Sounds like the seeds for the next battle have already been sown.

Trix: Pretty ironic, since the judge and prosecutors were merciful to a fault.
The prosecution is of the opinion that, with the right treatment, Debbie will
refrain from further wrongdoing.

Squeak: Give them ten years. Maybe they'll see the light. 

Trix: The prosecutors know a lot of people will tsk-tsk at them for allowing a
deal with no jail-time, but there IS a minimum jail-sentence in place if Debbie
violates her probation again.

Squeak: I suppose there's that.

Trix: And they've spared the State the time and expense of a trial. And
her list of criminal convictions just got longer...with the stroke of a pen.

Squeak: True. Well, Trixter, thank you very much for your time today. I hope you 
haven't minded being interviewed in this dusty parking-garage...

Trix: We'd better leave, though, before the cigarette-police swoop down on us!

State Schedules Pre-Trial Conference 
for Wednesday
Eugene (June 5)--After weeks of ranting and raving, Miss Debbie Frisch appears ready to


take her consequences, rather than risk a certain beatdown at trial. 

The Lane County Court website added a June 10th date to the Frisch docket today; the event is described as a  "Pre-Trial Conference."

Miss Debbie was begging for such a conference yesterday morning, in frantic voice-mails Frisch allegedly left with various court officials, begging to accept a deal she'd briefly considered Sunday. Details of the plea are as yet unknown.

Teh move marks an abrupt about-face for Debbie, who's spent the last two weeks pursuing a frenzied, frivolous StalkHarassThreaten scorched-earth strategery to evade responsibility for crimes she committed in February and March.

FRISCH FRIES FRIDAY?
State schedules Friday court hearing, 
Will Debbie be held accountable? 

Eugene (June 2)--In a surprise move, the Lane County
Criminal Court has scheduled a hearing for Friday, 
June 5th and summoned Miss Debbie Frisch to appear.

While Teh Squeak has no confirmation of this, it's difficult
to imagine that the hearing (described as a "Pre-Trial Release
Hearing") won't touch upon Miss Debbie's criminal stalking,
harassing and threatening behavior--which has escalated considerably since Debbie's
May 26th hearing.

Since that hearing, Frisch has:

• stalked and harassed criminal-justice officials overseeing Debbie's criminal prosecution
• libeled criminal-justice officials prosecuting Debbie's criminal behavior
• threatened to file false police reports in numerous jurisdictions
• threatened to stalk and harass family members of law enforcement officers
• threatened to harass numerous officials with frivolous lawsuits

Unsurprisingly, Miss Debbie has threatened to disrupt the hearing, wailing on her blog that she plans to plead the 5th Amendment--and even including text which, if it was actually mailed. would constitute a not-so-thinly veiled death threat against her lawyer: "When Judge Vogt speaks at your memorial service," she blogged, "you know -REDACT INSULT."

T-MINUS: ONE WEEK
As Criminal Hearings Approach, 
Frisch Flails to Evade Consequences

Eugene, OR (May 4)--In one week, Oregon Criminal 1675174 (A.K.A. Deborah Ellen Frisch) is scheduled to face a criminal
court judge who has dealt firmly with Frisch before.

So far, Frisch's behavior has echoed her last run-in with teh
court, in 2010:

Idle Lawsuit Threats: Last week, Miss Debbie emailed a stack
of tort claims notices to various victims and officials who are
holding Debbie responsible for her criminal behavior. Been
there, done that: Debbie did the same thing as her criminal
court-hearings approached in 2010.

Stalk-Harass-Threaten the Judge! Debbie has blogged sample
emails she intends to send to the criminal judges overseeing
Debbie's May 11th hearing. Nothing new there: In 2010, Frisch
tried this tack, too.

Stalk-Harass-Threaten the Authorities! Debbie is still feeling
butthurt over her Feb 19 and April 2 arrests by the Eugene
Police Department. Hence the blogstalking... Yawn, just a repeat of
2010...again.

Will Debbie's attempt to evade legal punishment for her criminal
behavior succeed? Well, last time, the judge for her probation-
violation hearing meted out some tough justice:

• Supervised probation

• A 3+-year internet hammerban, as a condition of her probation

• A 90-day jail sentence (which ended up being 10 days behind bars, the rest on an electronic monitoring anklet).

Miss Debbie will be facing the same judge come May 11th. No
wonder Debbie's sphincter is tightening in anticipation!
