Criminal Court hearing scheduled for Debbie 
TODAY 2:30pm

Eugene OR (May 6)--In a surprise reminiscent of last week, the Lane County criminal court has scheduled a hearing for Oregon Criminal Deborah Ellen Frisch's case for today at 2:30pm. As before, it appears to be related to her
public defender's need to withdraw as her attorney. (That tends to happen when a defendant threatens to sue her own lawyer...)

Miss Debbie is ALSO looking down the barrel of a Non Compliance Motion, related to her refusal to receive a psychological evaluation, as ordered by teh criminal court at her sentencing on 30 March. This motion could lead to another arrest of Debbie, if it's not settled soon.
