DESPERATE DEB FRISCH HURLS
THREATS, VULGARITY IN COURT FILINGS!!

[BUT WAIT--THERE'S MOAR!! DEBBIE MAKES 11 VILE CALLS TO COURT STAFF IN AN HOUR!!]

Eugene, OR (May 10)--In a frenzied attempt to
bully a federal court out of hitting her with $500
of deserved sanctions, Deborah Frisch filed vile,
screeching documents in a Eugene Federal Court
today.

Frisch, livid that the Court, on Friday, derailed her attempt to delay her
inevitable sanctions-beatdown, Debbie responded with a frantic tantrum.
In documents filed today, Dummy Debbie:

• Toothlessly threatened to CAWL THE FBI if a federal judge holds Debbie financially accountable for evading a mandatory April 15th deposition. "Plaintiff plans to go to the FBI tomorrow," wrote Debbie on Sunday, "to see if there is probable cause to charge [court officers and staff] with obstruction of a court order." The answer is, of course not: Debbie's frenzy is grounded in nothing but her own wild fear of being stuck with a $515 bill for violating teh law--and needing to panhandle even MOAR to pay it off. "If [Friday's] order is not revoked immediately," said Miss Debbie, regarding Friday's scheduling order, "plaintiff will go to the FBI on Monday morning." (Teh Federal Court has not revoked teh order; it is, as yet, unknown whether Debbie hilariously attempted to make good on this impotent 'threat')
  

• Filed two impotent TORT CLAIMS NOTICEs!!!1 against court staff. Monday's filings also included, as attachments, two worthless TORT CLAIMS NOTICES, toothlessly threatening to sue court staff. In fact, teh NOTICES!!1 actually document Deb Frisch's vileness and attempts to bully court staff. • Filed Documents Filled With Vile Language. In flagrant violation of a federal court order, Frisch's documents are chock-full of vulgar language and are abusive of court staff. Excerpts include: "You thought I would stand there and wait indefinitely for the receipt while you serviced the person with a dick..."; "you believe that engaging in trailer trash chitchat with elderly men that you cleverly call 'kiddo' has precedence over doing your job."; "I am...interested in documents [documenting why]...people convicted of crimes in Lane County...shovel shit...[on] east eighth street and ferry street." Deb Frisch has already been taken (mildly) to task for her profane and bullying treatment of court staff--Debbie might find teh judge overseeing her frivolous case far less lenient, this time.
  

Believe it or not, Deborah Frisch's shit-fit was prompted by a most innocuous-seeming court order: an extension of time for defendants. Specifically, Friday's court order gave Defendants an extension for filing their Summary Judgment Motion against Debbie's frivolous case. Teh old deadline was May 14th. Teh new deadline is two weeks after teh court rules on a motion to sanction Debbie for evading her mandatory April 15th deposition.

This, of course, gives Defendants sufficient time to file teh Motion which will be fatal to Dummy Debbie's idiotic lawsuit. Apparently, Debbie realizes this, too; on Thursday, she signaled her objection to teh extension. Teh court OK'ed teh extension teh next day.

So Debbie's shit-fit today reeks of Debbie's fear. She knows her lawsuit is about to die an embarrassing death. (She also might know that, once teh lawsuit is dead, Defendants can move to claim THOUSANDS of dollars of legal fees spent in defending against Debbie's obviously frivolous lawsuit.) So teh Court's ruling Friday, while procedural on paper, signaled a ringing death knell for Debbie's lolsuit.

We can only wait. And hope. And LOL!
