Colorado Releases Debbie on "Hardship Parole"
BANNED FROM INTERNET FOR 11 YEARS

Weld County CO (May 29)--Miss Debbie has been released from prison after a hearing in Weld County Court today. 

Miss Debbie had petitioned for a "hardship parole"; her ever-enabling father and brother showed up to support criminal Debbie.

Teh judge accepted Miss Debbie's petition--but slapped her with an 11 year STFU-ban: No drugs, alcohol or social media until 2030!

FRISCH PLEADS GUILTY 
IN DENVER THREAT CASE
Sentenced 90 days concurrent, assessed $96

Denver CO (Jan 2)--The new year 2019 hasn't begun well for Debbie. First, she rang in New Year's Eve behind bars. And her past sins continue to exact consequences from Miss Frisch.

At a Denver Criminal Court hearing Wednesday, Miss Debbie surrendered to the process and admitted her guilt of making threatening/harassing phone calls to Denver county officials.

The court accepted Debbie's plea and immediately assessed $96 in fines and court costs. Payment is due on February 3rd.

Unfortunately, Debbie's jail time (90 days) was added "concurrently" to her present prison sentence at the Denver Women's Correctional Facility. Miss Debbie will be eligible for a parole hearing in October, possibly leading to (paroled) release on 19 January 2020.

UPDATE (7/7/2018): An alert tipster tells us that Miss Debbie began tweeting again (now dark) on @debfrisch on 29 June: "Have you seen the new activity on the @debfrisch account? Content fits her past statements but syntax/language/grammar are better than I would expect. Plus no cursing or made up words." This would mean Miss Debbie spent barely 3 weeks in "inpatient treatment." Some treatment!

DEBBIE EMAILS VICTIMS, TDS, IN APPARENT VIOLATION OF TERMS OF RELEASE!

July 3 (Gerbil Nation): Teh Daily Squeak today received an unsolicited email, in apparent
violation of teh terms of Miss Debbie's probation, levied nearly a month ago.

Miss Debbie's ill-advised email threatens to "assume and allege" that Gerbil4Justice 
is her long-suffering Colorado victim, if Mr. Justice doesn't "self-identify."

Reached for comment, Gerbil4Justice reacted with alacrity. While the exact words are
not printable in a "family newspaper," a cleansed version would read: "F[rick] that
bat[guano] [screw]ed-in-the-head [female dog]; I hope she enjoys being broom[loved]
in the Colorado State Penitentiary. And don't get me started on those enabling parental
units of hers..."

It appears that Miss Debbie wants another battle. The dummy never seems to ask herself:
"How did the LAST kazillion rounds turn out for Oregon Offender 1675174 slash Colorado
Offender 278185?"

Meanwhile, it seems to be a passing strange bit of a coincidence: Miss Debbie's
latest burst of stalking/harassing/threatening occurs nearly 12 years to the day
after Miss Debbie lost her job at the University of Arizona after threatening her
long-suffering victim's child... (Link 1, Link 2, Link 3). While instances of
Miss Debbie's reign of online error and terror can be found going back to (at
least) 2004, teh 2006 Protein Wisdom Threats were teh first time teh Real
World hit Miss Debbie with any sort of consequences for her stalking, threatening
harassing behavior. Though something tells us at Teh Squeak that Miss Debbie
still needs a bit of real world criminal justice edumacation...

Weld County, CO (June 6)--After four months behind bars, Colorado Offender 278185 Deborah Ellen Frisch has been released from Weld County Jail, where she has been a familiar guest since her first stay there before Christmas 2016.

But there's a delicious catch or three:
 
Miss Debbie was released to the custody of her ever-enabling parents in California. (Said parents are rumored to have covered Miss Debbie's $60,000 bond. Again.) She was immediately committed to INPATIENT psychiatric confinement (at a California institution as yet unknown).

Oh, and Miss Debbie is not out of the Colorado Criminal woods just yet: She is required to return to Weld County Court, for sentencing, on 2 October.

Eugene, OR (Feb 9)--After three months months behind bars at Weld County Jail, criminal stalker Debbie Frisch has been released from jail. She was apparently bailed out by her ever-enabling parents, Allen and Carol Frisch.

Miss Debbie has apparently still failed to learn the good sense of shutting up and not stalking, harassing and threatening people: within hours after being relased, criminal Frisch was posting libelous posts on Facebook.

HEAVENLY PEACE:
FIRST FRISCHMAS BEHIND BARS

Weld County CO (Dec 26)--Criminal stalker Deborah Ellen Frisch spent her first Christmas behind bars Sunday--which was surely a welcome present to any and all peaceful citizens in Colorado. And Oregon. And California. And...  

Frisch is expected to stand trial soon on Felony Stalking and Threatening Charges--unless she has the good sense to plead guilty and beg for mercy... Weld County electronic files also record Miss Debbie as accused of additional(?) charges of Intimidation and Contempt of Court. Details of these additional(?) crimes are, as yet, unavailable.


As of Monday morning, Debbie remained behind bars at Weld County Jail in Colorado. 

Weld County issued a felony stalking/threatening warrant on Debbie on November 4. Soon after, Miss Debbie was arrested in Yreka California on 10 November, on charges of drunken disorderly conduct. She was extradited to the Colorado facility several days ago.

Miss Debbie almost spent Christmas 2015 in an Oregon jail, but was sprung two weeks before the holiday. Soon after, she fled Oregon to be near her enabling parents .

Weld County CO (Dec 6)--Deborah Ellen Frisch will be appearing in a Weld County Criminal Court on Wednesday, court records revealed today. The hearing is listed as an "Appearing on Arrest Warrant," referring to Frisch's facing Felony Stalking and Threatening Charges, as a result of her latest criminal menacing of a long-time victim and his family. 

Daddy Enabler to the Rescue? There's some speculation that, once again, Miss Debbie's enabling parents might attempt to interfere with holding Debbie responsible for her criminal actions. Allen D. Frisch, who was questioned by San Diego law enforcement last month as to his criminal daughter's whereabouts, has a long history of financially enabling Debbie Frisch's 10-year history of stalking, libeling, threatening and menacing innocent citizens.

Miss Debbie lived rent-free in her parents' house in Eugene Oregon from 2006 to 2016, until her criminal behavior forced them to sell the house last December. (On her most recent criminal warrant, Miss Debbie's address was listed as 319 Punta Baja in Solana Beach...an address which will ring familiar to long-time Frisch watchers...)

So, will Allen put in an appearance at the Wednesday hearing? Time will soon tell...
