At Wednesday's hearing, a judge sentenced Miss Debbie to 7 years on a pair of felony charges. This transpired despite a pathetic last-minute attempt by Debbie's ever-enabling father, Allen D. Frisch, to game teh system by buying a psychologist's opinion that Miss Debbie should be in psychiatric care, rather than prison...near her enabling parents' home in California (of course!)

Weld County CO (May 29)--Miss Debbie has been released from prison after a hearing in Weld County Court today. 

Miss Debbie had petitioned for a "hardship parole"; her ever-enabling father and brother showed up to support criminal Debbie.

Teh judge accepted Miss Debbie's petition--but slapped her with an 11 year STFU-ban: No drugs, alcohol or social media until 2030!

FRISCH PLEADS GUILTY 
IN DENVER THREAT CASE
Sentenced 90 days concurrent, assessed $96

Denver CO (Jan 2)--The new year 2019 hasn't begun well for Debbie. First, she rang in New Year's Eve behind bars. And her past sins continue to exact consequences from Miss Frisch.

At a Denver Criminal Court hearing Wednesday, Miss Debbie surrendered to the process and admitted her guilt of making threatening/harassing phone calls to Denver county officials.

The court accepted Debbie's plea and immediately assessed $96 in fines and court costs. Payment is due on February 3rd.

Unfortunately, Debbie's jail time (90 days) was added "concurrently" to her present prison sentence at the Denver Women's Correctional Facility. Miss Debbie will be eligible for a parole hearing in October, possibly leading to (paroled) release on 19 January 2020.

Will Debbie Rethink Her Ways?

Gerbil Nation (Nov 5)--Two months since her arrest, and 10 days since being sentenced to a multi-year prison term, Colorado Inmate 182605 Deborah Ellen Frisch has plenty of time to rethink her criminal ways... 

Miss Debbie has until teh end of teh decade, in fact: According to teh Colorado DOC website, Miss Debbie's first eligible parole date is on January 19th, 2020.

Will Debbie emerge from prison a changed person? Towards answering that query, it might be worth re-tracing teh long dozen-year road that led to Debbie's current plight.

As long-time Frisch watchers know, Miss Debbie's criminal fever has spiked in 4 past phases:

Phase One (2006-2007): 

• Miss Debbie lost her job after threatening a blogger and his toddler son over teh July 4th holiday in 2006. (Miss Debbie was also arrested for harassing phone calls to an unrelated victim; she was sentenced to a year's probation in September 2006.)
• Miss Debbie persisted in her stalking, threatening and harassment of Goldstein, necessitating a restraining order and a Colorado civil lawsuit.
• In teh course of of the lawsuit, Miss Debbie's website (DebFrisch.com) was yanked by GoDaddy in February 2007; teh site returned under--ahem!--NEW MANAGEMENT in 2010, and now serves as teh Deb Frisch Containment Project.
• In a bit of "real life" drama, Miss Debbie was escorted by campus security from teh University of Oregon Eugene in teh summer of 2007 for creating a disturbance.

 Phase Two (2008-2010):

• In early November 2008, a drunken Debbie Frisch assaulted a friend whose only "offense" was to give teh drunken Debbie a ride home from a night of bar-hopping.
• Miss Debbie was arrested, tried and convicted for her assault teh following March 2009. Her sentence included 10 days' community service and 3 years probation.
• In a bit of vindictive idiocy, Miss Debbie filed a frivolous lolsuit in May 2009. (After her first shi*ty effort was pwned by a federal judge, Debbie filed a second suit.) After numerous LULZ (samples here and here), and facing a counter-suit for legal expenses, Debbie surrendered in August 2010.
• Debbie returned to persistent stalking, harassing and threatening of her victim. Debbie was arrested and convicted of a probation violation in October 2010. Debbie was sentenced to 10 days in jail, an additional two years' probation (through March 2014)--and banned from teh internet as a condition of her probation. 

Phase Three (2015):

• Soon after her probation term ended in 2014, Miss Debbie returned to teh internet; she sought vengeance on various Oregon law enforcement officers and criminal justice officials.
• Miss Debbie was arrested for her behavior in February 2015.  
• Released the following month (as part of a plea-bargain), Debbie was re-arrested barely a week later for filing false police reports (probation violation). 
• In June, Miss Debbie received a 90-day suspended sentence for her false report-charges. 
• Debbie spent teh rest of teh summer trying to buck the yoke of her probation-requirements, leading to two re-arrests that August. 
• Miss Debbie was sentenced to 5 concurrent criminal charges as a result of her second round of probation violations.
• At teh end of teh year, Miss Debbie was released from Lane County Jail. But a nasty surprise was in store for Teh Deb: her ever-enabling Mommy and Daddy SOLD the Oregon home Debbie had been squatting in since 2006! Miss Debbie "bid adieu" to Oregon on December 13th, 2015.

Phase Four (2016-2018):

• Miss Debbie seemed (somewhat) chastened for a few months, but soon returned to her old ways, seeking vengeance on her very first (Colorado) victim and his family (10 years later!). 
• Debbie's victim filed a criminal complaint, leading to a FELONY warrant to be issued by Weld County CO authorities. Miss Debbie was arrested a week later in Yreka California (no doubt attempting to flee towards Oregon).
• In March 2017, after 3 months behind bars, Miss Debbie was bailed out of jail (by her ever-enabling Mommy and Daddy). She was arrested again two weeks later and (after being bailed out yet again) in August.
• In November 2017, after dodging a mandatory court hearing, Weld County issued yet another felony warrant, leading to Miss Debbie's arrest a week later. 
• Several revolving-door re-arrests and (Daddy-funded) bail-outs occurred over the next two months (Dec 15, Jan 5), before Weld County finally had enough; Debbie was arrested in Oregon on January 26th 2018 and extradited to Weld County, where she was caged for teh next 4 months.
• At teh end of May 2018, Debbie's ever-enabling Mommy and Daddy secured a bail-out of Debbie pending an October sentencing on felony charges. As part of teh deal, Miss Debbie was forced into 3 weeks' inpatient treatment at the Alvarado Parkway Institute Behavioral Health System. (Miss Debbie's ever-enabling parents also hired a private criminal attorney, in an attempt to get a lenient sentence for Debbie's felonies; Debbie's lawyer soon realize that defending Debbie was a fool's errand.)
• In July and August, however, Miss Debbie returned to her criminal vengeance habits, stalking harassing and threatening various victims by email and phone. Anticipating a felony arrest order, Miss Debbie attempted to flee on 31 August. During her last week of freedom, Miss Debbie continued taunting, libeling and threatening various Colorado law enforcement and criminal justice officials. Debbie was arrested in San Diego on September 5th 2018. She was extradited to Weld County the following month and sentenced on October 26th. 

Believe it or not, even this lengthy summary leaves out all sorts of Debbie-criminality (fuller accounts here and here; see also The Other McCain's reportage on Teh Debbie Saga...)

While Debbie's past inability to learn how to STFU and leave innocent people alone is daunting, it's worth bearing a few things in mind:

• This is Debbie's first conviction on FELONY charges. 
• This is Debbie's first time behind PRISON walls (rather than cushier county jails). 
• And this will be Debbie's LONGEST (by far) incarceration.

As a result, it's possible (though, alas, not probable) that Debbie might realize it's time to cease and desist stalking, harassing and threatening people whose only "sins" have been holding Debbie accountable for her past stalking, harassing and threatening behavior.

Can Debbie see its time to exit the vicious circle of consequences-vengeance-consequences? Applied decision theory has (ironically) never been one of Miss Debbie's strong suits. Perhaps, this time, enough pain will be inflicted for Debbie to finally realize that "HOT! DO NOT TOUCH!" actually means what it says...

But we won't hold our gerbilly breaths.

Debbie Transferred to Denver Women's Correctional Facility

Denver CO (Nov 2)--Colorado Inmate 182605 Deborah Ellen Frisch was transferred to teh Denver Women's Correctional Facility yesterday, according to teh Colorado DOC website. Whether DWCF will remain Debbie's lodging for teh duration of her incarceration is (as yet) unknown.

Miss Debbie's move occurred just in time for felon Frisch's 57 birthday--a day often celebrated by Debbie with criminal behavior and consequences.

According to teh PrisonPro website: "Denver Women's Correctional Facility...can house about 975 female inmates.  Offenders who are incarcerated here and are going to be released soon may participate in the reentry and integration program, which helps inmates transition back to society."

Our recommendation: The only steps which will help teh Deb "transition back to society" will no doubt involve 1) her mouth being surgically sealed and 2) a permanent ban from Internet use.

Weld County CO (Oct 26 2018)--After 12 years of stalking, harassing, threatening and terrorizing every innocent person who crossed her path, convicted felon Deborah Ellen Frisch will finally receive a taste of justice.

At yesterday's sentencing hearing, Judge Shannon Lyons sentenced Miss Debbie to maximum prison terms (2 years and 4 years) on several felony charges. The sentences (alas) run concurrently, meaning Miss Debbie was effectively sentenced to 2-4 years behind bars. (A mandatory 3-year probation sentence is expected after Debbie serves her time.)

This will be Miss Debbie's first imprisonment in a State Prison facility. (Past confinements were at relatively cushy county jails.) It is so far unknown where Miss Debbie will be locked up for her stay; she will be processed at Denver Women's Correctional Facility while her "housing" status is determined.

Also unknown is whether teh Weld County DA will seek to prosecute other charges Teh Deb racked up during her 90-day crime-ridden bout of freedom this summer.

Members of Gerbil Nation, partying in an undisclosed online location, cheered news of Miss Debbie's greatest legal beatdown to date.

"So happy she won't wander up here for at least a few years!" cheered one Gerbil, popping a cork of cyber-champagne.

"Good to see some judge finally take her seriously," said another. 

In all, a very good day for law-abiding internet-surfers everywhere. 

It's unknown what teh next few years will bring for Debbie. But rest assured on one thing: Teh Squeak will be on teh case!

Weld CO (Oct 26)--Colorado Felony Offender 278185 Deborah Ellen Frisch is due in Weld County Court for sentencing today on various felony charges.


Teh road to teh justice has been an all-year affair:

• Miss Debbie was originally arrested on these charges at teh beginning of this year (and extradited to Weld County in February). 

• In May, Miss Debbie pleaded guilty to those felony charges (and her ever-enabling daddy bailed her out, thus allowing Debbie to await an Oct. 2 sentencing date in San Diego). As part of teh deal, Miss Debbie spent three weeks in a(n I-dont-care-who-you-are-thats-)Funny Farm getting her head shrunken by "professionals" who were easily duped by teh devious Debbie.

• Ever the sociopath, Miss Debbie returned to her criminal habits of stalking, harassing and threatening her victims in early July. 

• Realizing that her criminal behavior would soon have consequences, Frisch fled from authorities at teh end of August.  Unsurprisingly, Debbie proved to be rather dumb as a fugitive: she was caught less than a week later in San Diego (Editorial Comment: LOL!) 

• Miss Debbie attempted to block her extradition to Colorado; yet, six weeks later, teh justice prevailed, and Debbie was hauled east last week

Sources close to teh case are hopeful that Miss Debbie will get much-deserved state PRISON time on today's charges. On teh other hand, sources also note that (thus far) Judge Shannon Lyons has proved to be an unusually lenient judge in teh face of Debbie's chronic campaign of felony criminal stalking, harassment and threatening. (Would teh judge be so lenient if Miss Debbie were a cis-Mister?)

The disposition for a still-open Denver County misdemeanor warrant is, as yet, unknown.

San Diego CA (Oct 12)--Felon Debbie Frisch remains behind bars in San Diego today, a day after another hearing at San Diego Criminal Court. Teh Court continued the case yet again, scheduling Miss Debbie's next hearing for Halloween, October 31st, at 8:30am PST.

Miss Debbie is being held the Las Colinas Detention Facility in Santee, CA. The topic on teh docket is, no doubt, Debbie's extradition to Colorado; there, she will face justice on her latest felony charge(s?)--and be sentenced on her recent felony convictions. Miss Debbie was supposed to have been sentenced October 2nd, but this hearing appears to be delayed until she is in Weld County's inevitable clutches.

San Diego CA (Sept 10)--The internet is just a little more peaceful today, 5 days after the capture and arrest of felon fugitive Debbie Frisch on Wednesday afternoon.

Miss Debbie is being held the Las Colinas Detention Facility in Santee, CA. She faces a San Diego Superior Court judge today at 1:30PM PST. The topic on teh docket is, no doubt, Debbie's extradition to Colorado to face justice on her latest felony charge(s?)--and, on October 2nd, sentencing on older felony charges.

Upon news of her arrest, The Other McCain sent out a plea to various Colorado criminal justice officials (culled from Debbie's idiotic idea to CC her criminal emails to EVERYONE) reminding them that they were "witnesses to how seriously deranged [Frisch] is, and how unlikely it is that she will ever be able to live peaceably in society. Let us hope that the courts will do the right thing, and put her away for a long, long time." Yes, indeedy!

Weld County CO (Sept 5)--Oregon Offender 278185 Debbie Frisch's latest felony arrest warrant is for Intimidation, according to details published by the Weld County Criminal Court today.

Also made public was Miss Debbie's VIN number on her escape-vehicle, a blue 2016 Subaru Impreza: JF1GPAA60G8212871

Miss Debbie has been on teh run from justice since the Court issued the warrant Thursday. Her stalking, harassment and threatening of criminal justice officials has persisted and broadened--leading to potential additional criminal charges and warrants in California and Oregon, according to sources to Teh Squeak.

Debbie in flight after disastrous bail-mod hearing

Weld County CO (Aug 31)--Once again, Miss Debbie is on the run from consequences for her criminal behavior.

Tweets last night appeared to show Miss Debbie on the road and sleeping in her car (for teh record: a blue 2016 Suburu Impreza, ).

Debbie appeared already prepared to bolt when she phoned in to yesterday's bail modification hearing, held at Weld County Court at 3:00PM PST. She phoned in from a Dixieline Hardware Store parking lot; already in her car, presumably packed for flight.

The hearing itself was vintage Criminal Debbie. According to a Squeak correspondent on site, events unfolded as follows:

• Debbie's attorney withdrew from the case (as expected)

• Debbie tried to move for a continuance of the case. But Judge Lyons, seeing Debbie's idiotic move for the transparent delaying tactic it was, denied Debbie's request. None of Debbie's proposed legal stupidity came to fruition.

• Debbie filled the air with all sorts of vile and racist invective (consistent with her apeshit behavior online these past few weeks).

• Debbie hung up on the hearing before it ended.

So now, Debbie appears to be trying to escape from her fate. It didn't work the last times she tried it (in 2016 nor 2017 nor earlier this year). But Debbie thinks it will work this time. Which goes to show: dummy Debbie never learns.

Weld County Court (Aug 30)--Colorado Criminal 278185 Deborah Ellen Frisch is on the docket today in Weld County Court. Several matters will be taken up before Judge Shannon Lyons at 4:00PM Colorado time:

• Debbie's defense attorney, Counselor Marshall Breit, is petitioning to dump Debbie's ass. No surprise here, as Mr. Breit finally recognized Debbie's unwillingness to cease and desist committing crimes several weeks ago. Judge Lyons is expected to grant this motion.

• Debbie's stalking, harassment and threatening of Weld County DA's offices is expected to lead to a STFU "cease and desist" order by Judge Lyons. (Miss Debbie's criminal behavior could also eventually lead to added charges against Colorado Offender 278185, as she was warned against such behavior over 6 weeks ago.)

Miss Debbie plans to beg the court for: 1) an allowance to travel outside of California, 2) money back from her defense lawyer, as well as 3) impotently and incompetently claiming that charges against her are "fraudulent." It will be amusing to see how Judge Lyons disposes of these matters.

Solana Beach CA (Aug 16)--Convicted felon Debbie Frisch continued her temper tantrum Thursday, while Frisch-watchers munched popcorn, LOLd, reported Debbie to her lawyer (et al)...and took up bets on how long Miss Debbie will spend behind bars this time.

Miss Debbie's latest tantrum has accelerated in recent days, the result of (as usual) Debbie's learning that she would be held responsible for her latest spate of criminal behavior, which began shortly after she was released from the Alvardo Institute of Behavioral Health in late June. Miss Debbie's stalking, harassing and threatening behavior against law enforcement and criminal justice officials continued despite repeated warnings that consequences would ensue if she persisted.

Miss Debbie's latest shitstorm is, actually, nothing new to longtime Frisch watchers. The only question is how long it will last before law enforcement slaps the CUFFS on Debbie (as usual).

Solana Beach CA (Aug 11)--The odds of Deborah Ellen Frisch remaining free on bond until her sentencing October 2nd dropped sharply today, as Miss Debbie continued her 24 hour email-tantrum, CCing her spittle-flecked missives to various law enforcement and criminal justice officials.

Miss Debbie's lawyer decided he'd had enough: "What the hell are you doing...ccing [Weld County DA] Ryan Chun?" sputtered Debbie's (soon-to-be-ex) attorney. "I fully expect he seeks a warrant. I can't save you from yourself anymore."

Weld County, CO (Aug 8)--Once again, Miss Debbie's inability to STFU is catching up with her.

The Weld County DA has successfully petitioned for a hearing to consider three items:

1) Expanding the conditions of Miss Debbie's bond to include an order that she cease and desist her stalking, harassing and threatening the Weld County DA's attorneys and families

2) An order of protection specifying that Miss Debbie cease and desist stalking, harassing and threatening (thus far unknown) victims (including the victim whose complaint triggered Miss Debbie's 2017 Denver arrest warrant?)

3) A petition allowing Miss Debbie's defense attorney to WITHDRAW from the case

In response to the Weld County DA's petition (which included a 13-point Statement of Facts, no doubt enumerating Miss Debbie's habits of stalking, harassing and threatening the DA's office), Miss Debbie filed an (unsurprisingly) inept and incompetent reply "memorandum." In it, Miss Debbie laughably claimed:

1) She has a First Amendment right to stalk, harass and threaten people

2) She has a "constitutional right" to travel outside of California (despite the explicit terms of her bail conditions, which are fully appropriate to a convicted felon like Debbie)

3) She needs less oversight from Mommy and Daddy and her defense attorney (in the form of weekly affidavits); amusingly, Miss Debbie claimed that her Mommy and Daddy "illegally" possess the old 5 Acre Ranch, from which Debbie was evicted in 2015.

Debbie made a number of other false and stupid claims, but you can read (and laugh at) those for yourself.

Given Miss Debbie's complete ignorance of all things legal, we here at Teh Daily Squeak predict massive LOLs as Debbie flails impotently against her perfectly reasonable bond-conditions.

And her sentencing on felony charges is less than two months away, tick-tock, tick-tock, tick-tock...

Solana Beach, CA (July 20)--As usual, Debbie shows her inability to STFU even when it's in her interest to do so. This was shown last night when Miss Debbie re-connected her Facebook and Twitter accounts.

While soon-to-be-sentenced Colorado Criminal 278185 doesn't appear to have posted anything incriminating during the night, the re-connected accounts revealed the reason for her latest temper tantrum. In short, convicted felon Debbie Frisch was warned by the Weld County DA (again) that her continued criminal behavior will be met with a warrant and new arrest. (Debbie responded by spitting her usual racist bile. (Flashback to January arrest: HERE and HERE.)

Odds that Miss Debbie will remain free until her October 2nd sentencing? In light of Debbie's behavior since her release from the loony bin last month...

Solana Beach, CA (July 19)--In a maneuver familiar to long-time
Frisch-watchers, Debbie Frisch has shut down her Twitter and
Facebook accounts after a late-afternoon online freakout in
which Debbie posted a number of vile (and incriminating?) 
posts.

So how long will Debbie's accounts remain nuked? Unknown. But it certainly seems that even Debbie realizes she might have committed an eph-up of legal proportions, so we'll just have to keep an eye on the jails...DEVELOPING

Feverishly Flails to Avoid Consequences

Solana Beach, CA (July 11)--You'd think that, if you were facing sentencing on FELONY CHARGES within 90 days, you just might want to behave in a way which convinced the Court that you had changed your errant ways.

But not Colorado Offender 278185 Deborah Ellen Frisch.  Instead, recent events show that Debbie lacks even this modicum of intehlligence. In the last 24 hours, Miss Debbie has:

• Alleged that public-record information about her inpatient commitment to the Laughing Academy somehow amounts to "invasion of privacy"--and that Debbie will somehow get the District Attorney of San Diego to do her bidding. (Good luck with that, Debbie!)

• Revealed that her recent criminal stalking/harassment/threatening behavior has been reported to Weld County Colorado authorities as a violation of the conditions of her (temporary) release to her parents' (Allen D. Frisch, Carol Susan Frisch) last month. Somehow, Miss Debbie thinks she's entitled to the name of the upstanding citizen who reported Miss Debbie's latest crimes. (Good luck with that, Debbie!)

• Revealed the name of the victim (a prominent Surrogacy Attorney) whose complaint led to Miss Debbie's criminal warrant in Denver. Miss Debbie somehow thinks that it's a crime to report Miss Debbie's criminal behavior to authorities. Maybe Debbie should go to Denver and file a complaint? (Good luck with that, Debbie!)

If Debbie's past history is any indication, Debbie will persist in her stalking/harassing/threatening behavior. Which means we probably won't have to wait until October 2nd to see Debbie get the CUFFS again. Let's hope.
