Weld County CO (Oct 26 2018)--After 12 years of stalking, harassing, threatening and terrorizing every innocent person who crossed her path, convicted felon Deborah Ellen Frisch will finally receive a taste of justice.

At yesterday's sentencing hearing, Judge Shannon Lyons sentenced Miss Debbie to maximum prison terms (2 years and 4 years) on several felony charges. The sentences (alas) run concurrently, meaning Miss Debbie was effectively sentenced to 2-4 years behind bars. (A mandatory 3-year probation sentence is expected after Debbie serves her time.)

This will be Miss Debbie's first imprisonment in a State Prison facility. (Past confinements were at relatively cushy county jails.) It is so far unknown where Miss Debbie will be locked up for her stay; she will be processed at Denver Women's Correctional Facility while her "housing" status is determined.

Also unknown is whether teh Weld County DA will seek to prosecute other charges Teh Deb racked up during her 90-day crime-ridden bout of freedom this summer.

Members of Gerbil Nation, partying in an undisclosed online location, cheered news of Miss Debbie's greatest legal beatdown to date.

"So happy she won't wander up here for at least a few years!" cheered one Gerbil, popping a cork of cyber-champagne.

"Good to see some judge finally take her seriously," said another. 

In all, a very good day for law-abiding internet-surfers everywhere. 

It's unknown what teh next few years will bring for Debbie. But rest assured on one thing: Teh Squeak will be on teh case!

Eugene OR (Nov 23)--Monday will mark 100 DAYS since Oregon Criminal 1675174 Deborah Ellen Frisch was most recently jailed for her criminal stalking, harassment and threatening behavior.

Frisch was placed at the Lane County Jail on August 15th, and has remained there since. She was sentenced to 5 concurrent jail-sentences in August and September.

Miss Debbie's frivolous LOLSUIT, filed September 21, remains languishing in teh Federal Court System.


Two of Miss Debbie's jail-sentences expire on Thanksgiving Thursday, November 26. Ominously, it remains UNKNOWN how many sentences Debbie will have to complete before being eligible for an early release (perhaps on a monitoring-bracelet).

Frisch to be sentenced on 3 charges, 4-month sentence expected

Eugene (Sept 28)--Oregon Criminal Deborah Ellen Frisch will be sentenced today for some of her voluminous criminal behavior so far this year.

The hearing is scheduled for 8:30AM PST at Lane County Criminal Court.

Miss Debbie pleaded guilty/no-contest to three charges last Thursday: 2 Class A misdemeanors and 1 Class B misdemeanor. In theory, the three charges could have yielded 2.5 years behind bars. According to the deal reached on Sept 24, Frisch is expected to be sentenced to a trio of 4-month jail-terms, to be served concurrently.

Today's hearing would appear to close all outstanding criminal charges against Miss Debbie for her repeated criminal Stalking, Harassing, and Threatening behavior this year (both online and IRL). An inept federal civil complaint, frantically drafted by Debbie to avoid consequences of her criminal behavior, was filed Sept 21.

EXTRA!! DEBBIE FILES FRIVOLOUS LOLSUIT IN FED COURT!!1 (Link to story)

Eugene, OR (Sept 24)--Miss Debbie Frisch (a.k.a.Oregon Prisoner 1675174) accepted a settlement
with the State today in Lane County Criminal Court. Miss Debbie pleaded guilty/no-contest to two Class A misdemeanors and one Class B misdemeanor.

The judge arrived for Frisch's settlement hearing at 2:47PM PST. Then the negotiating between the prosecutor and Miss Debbie (peppered with invective and non sequiturs by the Defendant) began. Some HIGHLIGHTS of the Hearing, (including Debbie's desperate attempts to evade responsibility, according to various sources):

Prosecutor AMENDS charges: Prosecutor notes that original charges have been amended to include Reckless Endangerment (a Class A Misdemeanor).

Debbie plays dumb semantic games: In trying to claim innocence of harassing one of her victims, Debbie dumbly claimed "I didn't call the victims. I called the City of Eugene" (conveniently forgetting that some of her victims worked at the City of Eugene).

Debbie lies: "I've complied" with the probation-requirements for psychiatric evaluation and treatment, Debbie claimed, in the face of her criminal conviction in June for violating those very requirements. Shortly after arriving at a deal on June 10th, Debbie was, once again, attempting to evade the psych evaluation and treatment requirements of her probation.

Debbie blames victims: "The two original victims caused this barrage of crimes," dummy Deb claimed, disavowing any free will in the matter of her criminal behavior.

Debbie lobs false accusations: Since Debbie has several criminal convictions for making false reports, no surprise she'd try that idiotic tack again: "When I was patted down in my driveway, it was sexual assault," Debbie lied (hmmm, funny...Debbie went to jail on False Reports like that several times already this year...:P). Debbie also falsely claimed that the psychiatric treatment requirement of her probation "has been used to harass me" and claimed, histrionically, that "the prosecutor has personal animosity toward me."

Debbie tries extortion: When asked for a counter-offer to the prosecutor's offer, Debbie said; "I've filed a case in civil court. I'll withdraw the civil suit if you drop the charges. [You] should consider the welfare of the victims," Debbie threatened, presumably assuming that her frivolous lolsuit will get anywhere close to harassing her victims further. (Prosecutor demurred, saying he didn't have the authority to decide on civil matters.) Frisch also tried to submit a "Motion for Discovery," with the aim of "expos[ing Debbie's victim] to perjury charges." To which the prosecutor said: Forget it.

Delusions of Grandeur anyone? ;) Miss Debbie seems to think this flatulent civil lolsuit of hers will somehow bring fame: "I've got a good book and a good movie!" she declared.

But, in the end, Miss Debbie realized the evidence against her--and the penalty--would be overwhelming if she forced the issue to a trial. "Deborah Frisch," declared the prosecutor, "created a substantial risk. She falsely dialed 911. Through eyewitness testimony, the State would be able to prove harassment--and that Frisch knew her behavior was unlawful." To this the Prosecutor added the obvious: "Frisch is not a 'whistle-blower'; she has inappropriate contacts with people...In one case, Frisch yelled 'Fuck you!' and almost running down an employee [at a workplace from which Debbie had been banned] Tapes will be used as evidence..."

Debbie took the deal, which carries (provisionally) a 4-month jail sentence on each charge, to be served concurrently. Formal sentencing was scheduled for Monday, September 28.


Hilariously, Debbie concluded by playing an old page from the "I MEANT for that to happen"-playbook: As Miss Debbie agreed to the deal, she futilely tried to claim victory: "It works with my [frivolous] civil suit," she lamely said.

Eugene, OR (Sept 21)--Miss Debbie Frisch (a.k.a.Oregon Prisoner 1675174) rejected a settlement
with the State today in Lane County Criminal Court. Instead, Frisch tried to snow the court with reams of frivolous "motions" in her criminal cases.

Frisch's case was called at Lane County Criminal Court at 3:22PM PST. "She's super skinny right now," reported our intrepid reporter Trix E. Lom. "State has an offer. Frisch has motions: change of counsel and venue, etc."--an inept maneuver lawyers often call the "spaghetti strategy."

At that point, the judge pushed Debbie's crap out of the courtroom by continuing the case.

Miss Debbie was hustled back off to Lane County Jail, which has been her home since August 15th.

"It's over until the 24th. Thursday," Trix reported. Copies of Debbie's frivolous motions might be "available at the records room later today or tomorrow," she added. "If they are, then I, Trix E. Lom, Intrepid Reporter, shall seek them out!"

Pre-Trial Conference Scheduled TODAY

Eugene (Sept 21)--The Lane County Court website notes two events for Miss Debbie on the docket today when she appears in criminal court at 2:30pm PST today.

Frisch will be Arraigned on 3 charges of telephonic harassment (Case 15CR35474)

Frisch's Pre-Trial Conference (on 3 charges of Menacing, and charges of Criminal Trespass and Making a False 911 Call: Case 15CR35139). This conference gives Debbie a chance to plead GUILTY to her criminal behavior. Otherwise, she faces heftier consequences if she demands a trial to prove her obvious culpability. The State has already reserved Tuesday, October 6th for Frisch's trial, should she fail to take responsibility for her behavior through a guilty plea.

There is also an "Motion" to be considered next Tuesday, Sept. 29. The substance of this Motion is, as yet, unknown.

Meanwhile, today marks Debbie's 38th day behind bars; she was caged on August 15th, after her most recent arrest.

Eugene (Sept 1)--It looks like Oregon Criminal Debbie Frisch
will be learning the consequences of her actions at the Lane
County Jail for quite some time.

According to Lane County Jail records, Miss Debbie was
found GUILTY of probation-violations at her hearing yesterday,
and sentenced to a jail term ending on 27 May 2016.

It is unknown whether Miss Debbie might be released earlier if jail overcrowding persists.
(Miss Debbie was sentenced to a 90 day jail term in October 2010--only to be released
a sickeningly short 10 days later.)

What IS known is that Miss Debbie still faces FURTHER criminal charges for Menacing,
Criminal Trespass and 3 counts of Telephonic Harassment.

Miss Debbie has been jailed since her arrest on other charges August 15th.
She still faces charges of Menacing, Criminal Trespass, and Telephonic
Harassment (3 counts) in connection with that arrest. Frisch will face a
Court Hearing in connection with those charges on Sept. 21. Frisch is also
expected to be hit with Restraining Orders by two of her victims, as
a result of a civil hearing scheduled for Sept. 14.

yanking Debbie's harassing and defamatory blogs from teh internet.

Eugene (Aug 19)--Oregon Criminal Deborah Ellen Frisch will face a judge for a court hearing today, according to Lane County Courthouse e-records.

Eugene (Aug 17)--Oregon Criminal Deborah Ellen Frisch will have a busy month ahead of her, according to a Lane County Court calender released today.

Miss Debbie was arraigned, in jail, on charges of Menacing and Abuse of the 911 Call System this afternoon. She pleaded not guilty. A Pre-Trial Conference on the charges, both Class A misdemeanors, has been scheduled for September 21st.

Frisch's probation-violation hearing, originally scheduled for this morning, has been postponed until August 31st.

In a surprise addition, there will be two hearings on September 14th, in which Frisch's victims will petition for restraining orders against Debbie's escalating stalking, harassing and threatening behavior.

Frisch has been behind bars since midnight Saturday. It is unknown whether Miss Debbie will remain jailed until her probation-violation hearing, or whether she may skate early on a Capacity-Based Release. Stay tuned!

Eugene (Aug 7)--Oregon Criminal Deborah Frisch, arrested for repeated violations of her probation, may not have to wait long for adjudication of her latest criminal behavior.

Late Friday, teh Lane County Courthouse website posted a date, judge and courtroom for Frisch's Probation Violation Hearing.  Miss Debbie is scheduled to face the music on Monday, August 17th at 8:30am:


Debbie Frisch received a 105-day suspended jail sentence on June 10th, after pleading guilty/no-contest to charges of making a false criminal report and violation of probation.

After the plea-deal, Miss Debbie quickly returned to her stalking, harassing, and threatening behavior--both online and in real life, thus leading to Thursday's arrest.

The desired outcome, of course, would be: 1) to impose the full jail-sentence on Debbie, as well
as 2) increase the stringency of her probation-conditions (as occurred after a probation-violation
hearing in 2010)--including a ban on Internet use.  It is unknown whether the Lane County District Attorney's office will pursue such a sentence. Also unknown is whether Frisch's second probation-violation conviction will carry additional jail time.

Eugene (June 22)--Ten days ahead of a July 2nd deadline to file paperwork required of her, Oregon Criminal Debbie Frisch has escalated her StalkHarassThreaten strategery, in a second futile attempt to evade the Psych-Evaluation condition of her probation.

Miss Debbie first signaled her intention to renege on her June 10th probation-deal late last week. Since then, she has targeted various members of the Deschutes and Lane County criminal justice system for online and IRL stalking, harassment and threatening, including:

• Two Lane County Court judges who oversaw Debbie's plea-bargain hearings in criminal court on March 30th and June 10th

• Staff of the Lane County Courthouse who didn't file paperwork to Debbie's "DO IT NOW!!1"-satisfaction

• Members of the District Attorney's office overseeing Debbie's probation for her criminal behavior

• Frisch's past stalking-victims, whose criminal complaints helped precipitate Miss Debbie's Feb 19 arrest this year for stalking (and other charges).
