DEBBIE ESCALATES THREATS IN 
FUTILE ATTEMPT TO EVADE 
PROBATION-REQS

Eugene (June 22)--Ten days ahead of a July 2nd deadline to file paperwork required of her, Oregon Criminal Debbie Frisch has escalated her StalkHarassThreaten strategery, in a second futile attempt to evade the Psych-Evaluation condition of her probation.

Miss Debbie first signaled her intention to renege on her June 10th probation-deal late last week. Since then, she has targeted various members of the Deschutes and Lane County criminal justice system for online and IRL stalking, harassment and threatening, including:

• Two Lane County Court judges who oversaw Debbie's plea-bargain hearings in criminal court on March 30th and June 10th

• Staff of the Lane County Courthouse who didn't file paperwork to Debbie's "DO IT NOW!!1"-satisfaction

• Members of the District Attorney's office overseeing Debbie's probation for her criminal behavior

• Frisch's past stalking-victims, whose criminal complaints helped precipitate Miss Debbie's Feb 19 arrest this year for stalking (and other charges).

DEBBIE TO 
TAKE PLEA?
State Schedules Pre-Trial Conference 
for Wednesday
Eugene (June 5)--After weeks of ranting and raving, Miss Debbie Frisch appears ready to


take her consequences, rather than risk a certain beatdown at trial. 

The Lane County Court website added a June 10th date to the Frisch docket today; the event is described as a  "Pre-Trial Conference."

Miss Debbie was begging for such a conference yesterday morning, in frantic voice-mails Frisch allegedly left with various court officials, begging to accept a deal she'd briefly considered Sunday. Details of the plea are as yet unknown.

Teh move marks an abrupt about-face for Debbie, who's spent the last two weeks pursuing a frenzied, frivolous StalkHarassThreaten scorched-earth strategery to evade responsibility for crimes she committed in February and March.

Here we go again...
Criminal Court hearing scheduled for Debbie 
TODAY 2:30pm

Eugene OR (May 6)--In a surprise reminiscent of last week, the Lane County criminal court has scheduled a hearing for Oregon Criminal Deborah Ellen Frisch's case for today at 2:30pm. As before, it appears to be related to her
public defender's need to withdraw as her attorney. (That tends to happen when a defendant threatens to sue her own lawyer...)

Miss Debbie is ALSO looking down the barrel of a Non Compliance Motion, related to her refusal to receive a psychological evaluation, as ordered by teh criminal court at her sentencing on 30 March. This motion could lead to another arrest of Debbie, if it's not settled soon.

T-MINUS: ONE WEEK
As Criminal Hearings Approach, 
Frisch Flails to Evade Consequences

Eugene, OR (May 4)--In one week, Oregon Criminal 1675174 (A.K.A. Deborah Ellen Frisch) is scheduled to face a criminal
court judge who has dealt firmly with Frisch before.

So far, Frisch's behavior has echoed her last run-in with teh
court, in 2010:

Idle Lawsuit Threats: Last week, Miss Debbie emailed a stack
of tort claims notices to various victims and officials who are
holding Debbie responsible for her criminal behavior. Been
there, done that: Debbie did the same thing as her criminal
court-hearings approached in 2010.

Stalk-Harass-Threaten the Judge! Debbie has blogged sample
emails she intends to send to the criminal judges overseeing
Debbie's May 11th hearing. Nothing new there: In 2010, Frisch
tried this tack, too.

Stalk-Harass-Threaten the Authorities! Debbie is still feeling
butthurt over her Feb 19 and April 2 arrests by the Eugene
Police Department. Hence the blogstalking... Yawn, just a repeat of
2010...again.

Will Debbie's attempt to evade legal punishment for her criminal
behavior succeed? Well, last time, the judge for her probation-
violation hearing meted out some tough justice:

• Supervised probation

• A 3+-year internet hammerban, as a condition of her probation

• A 90-day jail sentence (which ended up being 10 days behind bars, the rest on an electronic monitoring anklet).

Miss Debbie will be facing the same judge come May 11th. No
wonder Debbie's sphincter is tightening in anticipation!

Early PWNAGE for Debbie?
Criminal Court to hold hearing TODAY re: State vs. Deborah Ellen Frisch
 UPDATE: DEBBIE HIT WITH CEASE-AND-DESIST ORDER
by psychiatric facility...

Eugene (Apr 28)--In a surprise move, the Lane County Criminal Court has
scheduled a hearing for Oregon Criminal 1675174 (Deborah Ellen Frisch)
for TODAY at 2:30pm. 

The substance of the hearing is listed as Frisch's criminal behavior on
April 2nd, in which Frisch filed a lying report to the Lane County Sheriff's
Office while in custody (case 2015033003)

Needless to say, Frisch has reacted to the news with an online harassment/libelous frenzy, which 
led to her being hit, at 3:48PM, with a cease-and-desist order--by the psychiatric facility tasked to 
give Debbie her court-ordered psychiatric evaluation...Way to make a good first impression, 
Debbie!
