JUDGMENT DAY:
Debbie Due For Sentencing TODAY @ 3:00PM MST

Weld CO (Oct 26)--Colorado Felony Offender 278185 Deborah Ellen Frisch is due in Weld County Court for sentencing today on various felony charges.


Teh road to teh justice has been an all-year affair:

• Miss Debbie was originally arrested on these charges at teh beginning of this year (and extradited to Weld County in February). 

• In May, Miss Debbie pleaded guilty to those felony charges (and her ever-enabling daddy bailed her out, thus allowing Debbie to await an Oct. 2 sentencing date in San Diego). As part of teh deal, Miss Debbie spent three weeks in a(n I-dont-care-who-you-are-thats-)Funny Farm getting her head shrunken by "professionals" who were easily duped by teh devious Debbie.

• Ever the sociopath, Miss Debbie returned to her criminal habits of stalking, harassing and threatening her victims in early July. 

• Realizing that her criminal behavior would soon have consequences, Frisch fled from authorities at teh end of August.  Unsurprisingly, Debbie proved to be rather dumb as a fugitive: she was caught less than a week later in San Diego (Editorial Comment: LOL!) 

• Miss Debbie attempted to block her extradition to Colorado; yet, six weeks later, teh justice prevailed, and Debbie was hauled east last week

Sources close to teh case are hopeful that Miss Debbie will get much-deserved state PRISON time on today's charges. On teh other hand, sources also note that (thus far) Judge Shannon Lyons has proved to be an unusually lenient judge in teh face of Debbie's chronic campaign of felony criminal stalking, harassment and threatening. (Would teh judge be so lenient if Miss Debbie were a cis-Mister?)

The disposition for a still-open Denver County misdemeanor warrant is, as yet, unknown.

Weld County CO (Aug 31)--Once again, Miss Debbie is on the run from consequences for her criminal behavior.

Tweets last night appeared to show Miss Debbie on the road and sleeping in her car (for teh record: a blue 2016 Suburu Impreza, ).

Debbie appeared already prepared to bolt when she phoned in to yesterday's bail modification hearing, held at Weld County Court at 3:00PM PST. She phoned in from a Dixieline Hardware Store parking lot; already in her car, presumably packed for flight.

The hearing itself was vintage Criminal Debbie. According to a Squeak correspondent on site, events unfolded as follows:

• Debbie's attorney withdrew from the case (as expected)

• Debbie tried to move for a continuance of the case. But Judge Lyons, seeing Debbie's idiotic move for the transparent delaying tactic it was, denied Debbie's request. None of Debbie's proposed legal stupidity came to fruition.

• Debbie filled the air with all sorts of vile and racist invective (consistent with her apeshit behavior online these past few weeks).

• Debbie hung up on the hearing before it ended.

So now, Debbie appears to be trying to escape from her fate. It didn't work the last times she tried it (in 2016 nor 2017 nor earlier this year). But Debbie thinks it will work this time. Which goes to show: dummy Debbie never learns.

BAIL MODIFICATION HEARING:
4:00PM TODAY

Weld County Court (Aug 30)--Colorado Criminal 278185 Deborah Ellen Frisch is on the docket today in Weld County Court. Several matters will be taken up before Judge Shannon Lyons at 4:00PM Colorado time:

• Debbie's defense attorney, Counselor Marshall Breit, is petitioning to dump Debbie's ass. No surprise here, as Mr. Breit finally recognized Debbie's unwillingness to cease and desist committing crimes several weeks ago. Judge Lyons is expected to grant this motion.

• Debbie's stalking, harassment and threatening of Weld County DA's offices is expected to lead to a STFU "cease and desist" order by Judge Lyons. (Miss Debbie's criminal behavior could also eventually lead to added charges against Colorado Offender 278185, as she was warned against such behavior over 6 weeks ago.)

Miss Debbie plans to beg the court for: 1) an allowance to travel outside of California, 2) money back from her defense lawyer, as well as 3) impotently and incompetently claiming that charges against her are "fraudulent." It will be amusing to see how Judge Lyons disposes of these matters.
