Debbie leaves harassing, threatening voicemail after being 
pwned on Facebook

Eugene (Feb 14)--A threatening, vulgar voice message has surfaced, leaving no doubt that Deborah Ellen Frisch has learned nothing from her incarcerations in 2006, 2009, 2010 and 2011.

The 2 minute, 42 second message was left by Miss Debbie
on or about Feb. 10, 2015. After introducing herself as an "independent journalist and researcher" (Debbie's euphemism for being unemployable for 8 years), and complaining about an innocent party's leaving Teh Deb "some really offensive Facebook messages" (Deb's euphemism for someone's correcting her ignorance),  Miss Frisch:

• Lets loose a torrent of vulgarities: "I want you to communicate to her: f*ck you c*nt, we don't want you in Eugene you stupid motherf*cking  piece of sh*t, c*cksucking, motherf*cking c*unt."

• Amusingly reveals she's harassed other city, state and national officials about Miss Debbie's groundless grievance: "I'm going to be communicating my disgust for [REDACTED] to [REDACTED] and the doctors at Occupy Medical...If you want to see my emails about c*nt [REDACTED], just  email [REDACTED] or [REDACTED] or, uh, the Mayor and City Council or the Police Chief or Homeland Security Inspector [REDACTED]." Debbie seems clueless to the fact that her emails have been BANNED by government ISPs for YEARS.

• Offers up (surprise, surprise!) a death threat for Debbie's victim: "I wish the federal goverment would drop a bomb with a drone on [REDACTED]; I think the world would be a better place if she was, um, incarcerated or incinerated." (Debbie must want moar visits from the cops and/or FBI...)

Longtime Frisch-watchers will find this performance unsurprising--after all, it was Miss Debbie's online threats to a rival blogger's toddler which cost her her job at the University of Arizona in 2006, and her threatening behavior towards a City politician's child which led Frisch to be arrested, tried and convicted of physical harassment in 2011.

And Frisch's habit of projection is clearly in view: Miss Frisch's obscene, threatening message was offered after being "offended" on Facebook, despite teh fact that Oregon Criminal 1675174 has a long history of harassing and threatening others on Facebook.

Perhaps ironically, the target of Miss Debbie's vile bile was a member of a volunteer organization which actually gave her a chance at redemption...Thus proving yet again that, as one Gerbil once put it, "Deb Frisch shits where she eats."

messages [read: mildly corrected Debbie's stupidty] and so I just
wanted to communicate to her: f*ck you c*nt, we don't want you in

DEBORAH FRISCH 2015: STUCK ON STUPID

Eugene OR (Feb 1)--Despite repeated arrests (in 2006, 2009, 2010, and 2011), Deborah Ellen Frisch seems intent on repeating teh idiotic habits which landed her in jail before.  If Debbie's latest swerves are any indication, 2015 could easily end with Debbie behind bars...again.

• LOLSUIT II? With teh dawn of teh new year, Miss Frisch hopes everyone has forgotten what a laughable EPIC FAIL her previous lawsuit attempt was in 2009-2010. On Jan 4, Miss Debbie sent one of her well-known toothless "tort claims notices" to a worker at teh City of Eugene.

• Threaten Teh FEDS! Yeah, threatening Federal Judges and sure worked for Debbie before...if, by "worked," you mean "got warning visits from the Secret Service and FBI." Yet StuckOnStupid Debbie seems to think the Feds have forgotten her address: on Jan 8, Deb sent a borderline threatening email to teh Federal Magistrate who bitchslapped her, repeatedly, during teh 2009-10 lolsuit.

• Criminal Impersonation for $200, Alex... Yep, even though Debbie was arrested and convicted on a criminal impersonation charge in 2011, she's still at it. 

• MOAR Vodka Please! Of course, everyone knows Debbie is a coward--it takes quite a bit of "liquid courage" before she can find teh strength to harass people...and, of late, Miss Debbie has been adding to her beer belly...

 Tsk-tsk...looks like Debbie has learned nothing from:

• Deb Frisch's 2010 visit from the FBI, after threatening teh District Court Judge overseeing Debbie's frivolous lawsuit, nor

• teh April 2010 Springfield PD criminal complaint which resulted from Debbie's harassment of a Springfield OR citizen, nor

• teh August 2009 Lane County PD criminal complaint which resulted from Debbie's posting a blog which detailed teh murder and evisceration of a family, nor

• her 2009 criminal conviction for assaulting an acquaintance, nor

• her getting banned, in 2008, from teh University of Oregon, Eugene campus, as a result of her harassment of professors at a University fair, nor

• her 2007 visit from teh Secret Service, after Debbie posted Fourth of July blogs detailing the assassination of presidential candidates. (Debbie was later videotaped making similar thinly-veiled threats at a 2008 meeting of teh Lane County Board of Commissioners.), nor

• her 2006 arrest and criminal conviction, for stalking and harassment

• how Deb Frisch lost her job, in 2006, after threatening a child online. (Frisch remains unemployable.)

her to leave, and she did, unwillingly, after saying that she was going 
to have the “entire event shut down” (clearly she did not succeed at that!).

Deb Frisch harasses Police Commission Meeting

Eugene, OR (May 3): It looks like the Deborah Frisch reign of error
might not be over, as Miss Debbie has somehow UNlearned the
valuable lesson that her wisest course of action is to STFU.

According to public records, convicted criminal Debbie Frisch spouted
off at a May 3rd meeting of the City of Eugene's Police Commission's
Outreach and Resource Committee.

"Deb Frisch...relayed," reads the sanitized summary of Miss Debbie's
outburst, "that the Commission provides a voice of the public to the
Police Department. She believes that the Commission should be taking
action, rather than just having informational items. Perhaps there should
be more public hearings, so more people would be encouraged to attend.
Also, the formality of the Commission meeting sometimes discourages
participation."

Alas, raw video of teh Frisch Fest appears to be unavailable.

It is, as yet, unknown whether Miss Debbie's probation officer is aware
of Teh Deb's ill-advised public stupidity eruption.

It is, however, KNOWN that Gerbil Nation operatives were quickly
aware of teh Frisch foulfest, and mobilized to monitor teh situation--
and any future harassment-events by Teh Deb.

SENTENCING DAY, PART DEUX
EYEWITNESS REPORT!!1

Trix E. Lom is no stranger to covering Miss Debbie in teh courthouse: her earlier dispatches covered Frisch's first sentencing on 3/12/09, and her 10/25/10 conviction on a probation-violation.

In today's dispatch, Trix covers Miss Debbie's April 7th 2011 plea-bargained conviction for Debbie Frisch's vile harassment and threats to a local man and his young daughters...



ARRIVAL
It was a typical day in Lane County court as your intrepid reporter arrived. Once again, I removed my belt and boots then redressed in the small area behind the security station next to the slowest elevator in Lane County. A skinny young woman bemoaned her ongoing drug problems and approached the counter on the second floor to renew a restraining order against her husband. On the third floor, a young man discussed his divorce case with his sympathetic mother.

I had spotted Deb Frisch as soon as I approached court room 302, sitting just outside the door with her female attorney. I walked past and sat down on a nearby bench, overhearing snatches of their conversation about religion and family.

"We'll get this done," the lawyer reassured Frisch confidently.

By 9 o'clock Frisch was still waiting outside the courtroom door, but two minutes later she was inside, so I entered the court room and took a seat in the back row, on the left. Five other people were in the visitor's gallery -- a man and two women directly across from me in the back row on the right side of the aisle, and Frisch with her lawyer seated on the bench in front of them.

How she must be suffering, I thought, as the three in the back row loudly discussed their amazing iPads and compared them to the Blackberry--toys now forbidden to Miss Debbie as part of her probation--which one woman claimed she would "never give up!" Frisch and her lawyer quietly left the room.

A minute or two later they returned.


SUBDUED DEBBIE COPS HER PLEA...
"We can go right up," said Frisch's lawyer, motioning to the table for the defense. Almost immediately the clerk ordered "All rise," and informed us the Honorable Bryan T. Hodges was presiding. The only case to be heard was STATE VS DEBORAH ELLEN FRISCH.

Miss Debbie's lawyer told the judge she believed the prosecution would read the terms of their agreement.

The prosecutor, a slim, dark-haired woman, rose and called for 36 months of probation, with terms as set in her previous case, number 210826446. That is, Frisch would

• continue mental-health treatment as directed by her probation officer
• not go online "or on the internet"
• pay whatever fines or fees are imposed by the court, and
• have no contact with her latest victim or his family (with "contact" meaning its legal definition).

The prosecution was requesting no further jail time, just a probation which mirrors her other one. (Editor's Note: As loyal readers know, Miss Debbie served almost a week in jail after being arrested on teh latest charges; unable to make $2500 bail, Teh Deb needed her Daddy to come in from California to pony up teh fund$.)

Judge Hodges asked Frisch whether she'd heard and understood the prosecution. She stood up hurriedly and answered "Yes," in a clear voice.

Frisch's curly, reddish hair is long, just past her shoulders, and she's very thin. But, so far that morning, Miss Debbie's face had lost its crazed, concentrated tightness and her eyes, while clear, were less hawkish, less sharply focused in her past intimidating fashion. She was dressed casually, Eugene-style, in a pair of faded jeans and a buttoned-down work shirt.

She sat down almost as quickly as she'd stood, and her lawyer entered her plea of guilty on both counts, the first of which is harassment.

Judge Hodges asked whether the defendant had been fully advised of her rights.

Yes, her lawyer answered, both in writing and in person.

The judge turned to the prosecutor for the state, and asked what they could prove. The prosecutor answered confidently the state could prove that on October 14th, 2010 in Lane County the defendant intentionally harassed and insulted the victim with abusive words and gestures intended to provoke violence.

Then on October 17, 2010, with intent to facilitate unlawful activity, the defendant impersonated S.H., Lane County's Public Health Director at the time--a government official--in an email.

"The state can prove this," declared the prosecutor.


VICTIM STANDS UP TO BULLY FRISCHJudge Hodges turned to Frisch's lawyer and asked whether she would like to take advantage of the two-day delay before sentencing. She declined. The judge was then informed that Debbie's latest victim wanted to address the court.

Teh Victim was invited to stand up where he was and to give and spell out his name.

He began his statement by introducing himself as a "local budding politician." The judge made some wisecrack about that which your reporter failed to hear (Judge Hodges is an older gentlemen who speaks with authority, but quietly).

Proving his diplomacy, Teh Victim glossed over the wisecrack with an indulgent laugh and continued without skipping a beat in his concise yet unhurried cadence.

He told the court he is running for the 4J School Board now but on the day in question he was standing at 7th and Pearl in Eugene with a campaign sign because he was running for State Representative of District 13. His daughters were with him and having a great time.

"I go to lots of meetings," he confessed, and that day he was spending time with his daughters.

Then Deborah Frisch drove up and began shouting "sexually explicit expletives" at him.

Teh Victim, while visibly angry, maintained his cool throughout his statement. He described what transpired as well as any civic-minded and well-spoken person could, without uttering a single profanity.

He said he could not explain why this bizarre event was happening, but as Frisch walked by him she continued her verbal assault.

He knelt down and pulled his daughters to him, trying to cover their ears and to shield them. The situation was "beyond belief," he testified.

It was a "mind-blowing public attack," he continued, one he would have to explain later to his daughters.

But the abuse did not end there. Frisch later bashed him and family members on her blog.

At this point, Mr. Callahan's voice grew stronger, fraught with emotion. His anger was palpable, and although he kept his cool, he spoke sharply and a bit louder as he declared "That's where I draw the line."

He backtracked a bit, saying he draws the line at anyone harming or threatening his kids but "As a victim . . . " he began, then stopped as if to gather his thoughts. He said he doesn't like calling himself a victim, but in this case he is one, and ended his statement by recommending "the harshest punishment" for Frisch's crimes.

After a beat, he said "Thank you" and sat down.


DEFENSE PLEADS FOR MERCY FOR PITIFUL DEBBIE
Judge Hodges thanked Mr. Callahan and turned again to the defense.

Frisch's lawyer began her plea by stating her client is unemployed and fifty years old. She's seeking medical help for some "issues" she's dealing with, and she's supported by her family, who are "very involved" in her life.

Teh law office, said teh attorney, has received many calls from them. They want to make sure she gets the care she needs. Frisch's lawyer was appointed to represent her, she continued, and the charge is a misdemeanor. She asked the judge to impose no fines, fees, or costs.

She claimed Frisch's probation officer had written a generous letter which states her client is "doing excellent," and that in her case he has waived his usual fees.

In conclusion, Frisch's lawyer told Judge Hodges her client relies solely on her parents for financial support and lives well below the poverty level--facts well-known to loyal Daily Squeak readers. She wanted to make the judge aware of Frisch's financial condition.

At that point, the judge allowed Frisch to speak. She stood up and chimed in a high, childish voice, "I just want to apologize for all the horrible decisions I've made."


JUDGE SHOWS MERCY, COMPASSION FOR VICTIM
Judge Hodges then addressed Teh Victim at the back of the court with another apology.

"This may seem strange to you," said teh Judge. "It used to be strange to me."

He then explained that plea-bargain procedures are necessary in a court of a dozen and a half judges with thousands of cases before them. These circumstances require accommodations, he said.

Frisch's lawyer, standing next to her client, whispered something in her ear. It was clear to all present that Teh Victim's earnest plea for harsh punishment would be denied.

The judge agreed to follow what the two competing sides had worked out and invited Teh Victim to discuss the case with him later if he so chose.

The mutual respect and civility of the two men was also clear, and it elevated the atmosphere in the courtroom despite the judge's aura of regret. There was a general sense of inevitable resignation as the judge reviewed the details of the sentence:

• Thirty-six months of probation during which Frisch will violate no law (Editor's Note: This appears to be concurrent with Miss Debbie's current probation-term, which runs through 11 March 2014, according to Criminal Debbie's online VINE record.) If she is cited or arrested for any offense, even a violation, she must report it to the court in writing.
• She must also report any change of name or address within five days and continue her supervised, formal probation.
• She must submit to mental-health evaluation
• Miss Debbie must not use the internet for any purpose
• Miss Debbie is forbidden from contact with her victim or his family or to be in or near their residence. That is a "total, absolute prohibition," stated the judge. If Frisch does contact or attempt to contact Teh Victim, he'll notify the District Attorney and, he told her, "You will be arrested, brought to court, and might go to jail."
• Frisch's probation officer has the authority to search her computer at his initiative at any time.

The judge asked the state whether there were any oversights in his sentencing to which she answered, "I don't believe so," and Frisch's lawyer concurred, but the judge didn't acknowledge her with so much as a glance.

Judge Hodges told Frisch if she wishes to appeal this decision she must do so with the appeals court in Salem within thirty days.

That was the end of her formal sentencing, but Teh Judge had a few more words to say. "This is a sentence based upon negotiations," he declared, but if there is a violation "all bets are off!" And, rather than hedge as before when he said she "might" go to jail, he issued this clear warning: if Frisch violates her probation, she'll get "maximum jail time."

Before the judge rose to leave the courtroom, he thanked Teh Victim again.


MISS DEBBIE DROPS HER SANITY-MASK
Outside the courtroom, I lingered to chat with an older woman about her son's messy divorce. Then Deb Frisch suddenly stormed out the door.

She arrowed toward us, stalking fast, and I saw her eyes had hardened again. She'd regained the sharp, hawkish gaze meant to scare all the demons her paranoia tells her are out to get her and to intimidate her victims.

No, this reporter thought, she hasn't changed. Her behavior inside the courthouse was just another of her acts and, sadly, I must predict this drama isn't over yet.

(Editor's Note: Miss Debbie, indeed, appears to have returned to some of her past harassment behavior:

• On Jan 22nd, Miss Debbie was spotted stalking teh Oregon Ducks' "Celebrating Champions" parade.
• On Feb 2nd, Miss Debbie spewed bile at a Eugene City Council Meeting.
• On March 14th, mere hours after a criminal hearing in court, Miss Debbie harassed teh City Council again, making veiled threats of a class-action lolsuit against teh City.)

A TALK WITH TEH VICTIM
As I walked slowly away from the courthouse under an overcast sky, I saw Teh Victim stuffing campaign signs into his trunk. I approached him and congratulated him on his performance in the court. He thanked me.

I expressed my condolences that he'd been attacked by Frisch, with no prior warning and no way to explain or justify such random and vicious criminal behavior.

Teh Victim was stalwart and affable, gave me a business card, and showed me photos of his beautiful children. I wished him luck in his campaign.

No wonder he conducted himself so well, I thought. When I visited his website, I learned he's an Eagle Scout. (This reporter confesses she has a soft spot for Eagle Scouts.)

This reporter fervently hopes Frisch has no further victims. Of course, this is not the end of the story. Wherever and whenever Frisch turns up again, Teh Daily Squeak will be here with another timely report.

JUDGE YANKS DEBBIE'S ELECTRONIC FILING PRIVILEGES; RESTRAINS DEBBIE FROM IN-PERSON HARASSMENT OF COURT STAFF'S RELATIVES; ORDERS DEBBIE TO STOP HARASSING VIA EMAIL/FACEBOOK!

Eugene (Oct 21)--In teh most sweeping restraining order yet, a Federal Magistrate Judge has compelled Dummy
Deborah Frisch,in every conceivable way, to STFU! and cease-and-desist her attempts to harass court staff and
their families!

(Debbie responded to teh order as expected: by throwing yet another impotent shit-fit on her blog, lol.)

Over teh last year, Debbie has received warning after warning after WARNING after WARNING!...that her attempts to bully teh court into giving her a victory in
her incompetent frivolous lawsuit would be met with sterner measures.

Teh judge made good on those warnings today, as he

• documented Debbie's continuing harassment of court staff
• pulled teh plug on Debbie's electronic filing privileges
• had a FEDERAL MARSHALL deliver teh STFU ORDER to DumDeb

STATUS AND ORDER TO SHOW
CAUSE

Deborah Ellen Frisch was a pro se litigant in a civil rights action filed in this court. See
Frisch v. City of Eugene, et. al., Civ No. 09-6126-TC. Pursuant to a stipulated settlement
agreement, Frisch's case was closed on August 18,2010. (Civ. No. 09-6126 #s 220, 223).

This court finds that during the pendency of her case and thereafter, Frisch has engaged in
a pattern of behavior directed at court staff that was and remains disruptive to court business.
That behavior includes the following:

1. Repeatedly leaving abusive voice mail messages to court staff;

2. Repeatedly emailing court staff at email addresses both professional and personal. The content of those messages are often profane and vulgar and appear to be sent with the purpose of harassing and intimidating court staff;

3. Appearing at public events where court staff and/or their families are in attendance for the
apparent purpose and effect of harassing and intimidating court staff;

4. Contacting relatives and acquaintances of court staff by email and through internet social
networking sites'with the apparent purpose and effect of harassing and intimidating court staff.

5. Continuing to file documents in her closed case, Frisch v. City ofEugene, et. ai., Civ No. 096126-TC, which are inappropriate, profane, vulgar, and abusive to court staff.

In response to the disruption to court business created by these unwanted and harassing
communications and behaviors, I have twice ordered the court's technology department to block
Frisch's email communication from entering the court's email gateway and have limited Frisch's
access to the courthouse. Ms. Frisch's disruptive behavior, however, has continued.

In view of Frisch v. City ofEugene, et. ai., Civ No. 09-6126-TC having been closed-and
all appeals rejected, and in light of Ms. Frisch's continued e-filing of inappropriate, profane,
vulgar, and abusive documents, which serve solely to express Ms. Frisch's displeasure with court
staff, I revoke Ms. Frisch's e-filing status. Should Ms. Frisch need to file any documents, she
may send them through the United States mail to the United States Courthouse 405 East 8th Avenue, Suite 2100 Eugene, Oregon 97401.

For the reasons stated above, I intend to declare Deborah Ellen Frisch a "vexatious"
litigant and now order her to show cause in writing why she should not be required to comply
with the following orders of the Court:

1. Ms. Frisch shall only be allowed to enter the courthouse for proceedings in which she is a
party, witness or for other legitimate court-related business following pre-approval from me (see 4. below);

2. When she comes to the courthouse, Ms. Frisch is required to state the purpose ofher visit to a
Court Security Officer (CSO);

3. A CSO will accompany Ms. Frisch to the courtroom or court clerk's office as necessary to
complete her legitimate court-related business and will escort her from the courthouse at the
conclusion of her business within the courthouse;

4. If Ms. Frisch needs to enter the courthouse for any reason other than as a party or witness, she must send a written request through the United States mail addressed to me at my chambers for my consideration. If I approve entry, Ms. Frisch will comply with the requirements of 2-3 above;

5. Ms. Frisch shall cease and desist from any form ofcontact with court staff or their families
outside of those contacts necessary to conduct court business that I approve in advance.
a. Specifically, Ms. Frisch shall not come into the visual or physical presence of
court staff or their families, other than in a manner consistent with 1-4 above;
b. Ms. Frisch shall not wait outside the courthouse or the homes or workplaces of
court staff or court staff family members;
c. Ms. Frisch shall not contact by telephone nor send or make written
communication in any form to court staff;
d. Ms. Frisch shall not speak with court staff unless approved in advance by me;
e. Ms. Frisch shall not communicate or attempt to communicate in any way with
court staff through third persons; and
f. Ms. Frisch shall not access the personal page( s) of internet networking sites (Le.
Facebook) of court staff or the family members ofcourt staff.

IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED THAT:

• Deborah Ellen Frisch's e-filing status is revoked. The Clerk ofthe Court is directed to inform the court's information technology services/operations division that Ms. Frisch's e-filing status has been revoked.
  

• Deborah Ellen Frisch shall show cause in writing within 21 days from the date this order is filed why she should not be declared a "vexatious" litigant and subject to the restrictions listed above. Ms. Frisch shall be limited to filing one document in response to this order to show cause. Eugene (Oct 19)--Deborah Frisch has been unemployed
since 2006, but she's been busy lately.

Over teh last week, Miss Debbie has posted numerous
threatening blogs, harassed scores of innocent people
(some of whom have filed reports with teh Lane County
Sheriff), and actually gave police officers an eyewitness
view of Frisch's unworthiness to live outside of jail.

In short, Debbie's behavior pretty much begs for teh
prison-term she faces at next Monday's probation-violation
hearing in Lane County Criminal Court.

Most disturbing of Debbie's offenses involves her threats
toward two innocent children, last Thursday.

According to sources (and, stupidly, Debbie's own blog),
Deborah Frisch hurled sexual invective and threats
toward a state congressional candidate's young daughters
last Thursday. Frisch followed up this criminal behavior
by emailing the innocent victims' father--falsely pretending
to be a Lane County employee. (Impersonation of a civil
servant, by teh way, is a crime under Oregon State Law.)
Once Frisch's incompetent disguise was blown, Dummy
Debbie then libeled the victim--and impotently threatened
him with one of her well-known toothless TORT CLAIMS
NOTICES!

Of course, this is hardly new for Deb Frisch, who lost her
job in 2006 after hurling similar sexual and death threats toward
a child over teh internet. Since then, Frisch has had two criminal
convictions for stalking, threatening, harassment and assault (in
2006 and 2009).

As Debbie's October 25th probation-violation hearing approaches
(for teh terms of Frisch's 3-year probation sentence, see here),
teh list of her vile and violent crimes just gets longer and longer.

One has to pity Debbie's poor court-appointed lawyer in all of this

Eugene (Sept 7)--Deborah Frisch faces possible criminal prosecution after
causing a violent, vulgar scene at an Oregon bar on Sunday.

According to several eyewitnesses, Dummy Deb Frisch entered a drinking
establishment (teh 2 Friends Pub and Pizza), and fouled teh air with a
vile and violent outburst toward several patrons and teh bartender.

Eyewitnesses confirmed that Frisch exploded with rage when teh bartender
informed Debbie of teh "two drink minimum." Frisch shouted obscenties
and epithets (including teh f-bomb and teh n-word) until she was shoved
out of teh establishment. Several patrons then informed teh bartender of Frisch's lengthy criminal record of stalking, harassment and assault, and Frisch was banned from re-entering teh establishment.

Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals to Debbie: DROP DEAD!
The first beatdown occurred late yesterday. A three-judge panel of teh federal Court of Appeals (Ninth Circuit) needed a mere THREE SENTENCES to 'splain why Deborah Frisch's appeals to them were ostensible horsesh*t. In short, teh District Court orders weren't final orders--and teh orders Dumbell Debbie was appealing didn't qualify.

"[T]he orders challeneged," wrote teh Appellate Court, "are not final or appealable.... Consequently, these appeals are dismissed."

Teh judgment could prompt some vile reactions from Miss Debbie. One of teh judges on teh 3-judge Appellate panel has long been a target of Debbie's stalking and vulgar blogs. Eugene, OR (May 17)--One week after ordering Little Miss Debbie to account for her habitually abusive harassment of court staff, an Oregon Federal Judge has REJECTED Debbie's stoopid defenses, and ordered Deborah Frisch to GTFO! of Oregon
Federal Courthouses.

Mere hours later, teh judge also slapped Deborah Frisch with $75
of SANCTION$ to defray expenses incurred when Debbie flagrantly
dodged her mandatory deposition on April 15th.

JUDGE TO DEBBIE: GET OFF MY LAWN!! Teh first order
issued today banned Debbie from entering any Federal Courthouse
in teh State of Oregon--well, unless Debbie has a babysitter :P "It
is ordered," wrote teh judge, "that:

• (1) Ms. Frisch shall only be allowed to enter the courthouse for proceedings in the above captioned case;

• (2) when she comes to the courthouse, Ms. Frisch is required to state the purpose of her visit to a Court Security Officer (CSO) and;

• (3) a CSO will accompany Ms. Frisch to the courtroom where her proceeding is taking place and will escort her out of the courthouse when her proceeding ends."

If little Miss Debbie even THINKS of violating this order, teh punishment
could be swift and painful: "Ms. Frisch is warned that failure to obey this

Teh judge's GTFO! order is teh latest chapter in Debbie's limp-lobed
attempt to bully teh court and opposing counsel to give in to her frivolous
lawsuit. Teh judge has already warned Debbie to cease and desist her

Hours later, teh judge issued teh second part of his one-two beatdown of
Debbie today. In it, teh judge granted defendants' motion for SANCTION$
against Little Miss Debbie. Teh sanction$ were two:

• "Ms. Frisch shall pay defendants $75, which was the cost of the court reporter's appearance....[and]

• Ms. Frisch shall not use her own statements as evidence in dispositive motions. Ms. Frisch is prohibited from controverting any of defendants' facts in support of their motion for summary judgment with evidence in the form of her own statements."

Teh significance of teh second part is fatal to Debbie's lolsuit. In short,
teh court has found that, since Dummy Debbie won't submit her lying
allegations to the test of cross-examination, it follows that NONE of her
statements can be trusted. No surprise there.

Teh judge warned Debbie that anything she claims is true, merely on
her own bogus say-so, will be stricken from teh record: "The court,"
cautioned teh judge, "shall disregard any supporting facts in the
form of Ms. Frisch's own statements which are included in Ms.
Frisch's recently filed partial motion for summary judgment...or motion
for summary judgment."

It's impossible to overstate how crucial today's SANCTION$ are. For
it clears teh way to defendants' finally getting teh unvarnished truth on
teh record--at which point, their Motion for Summary Judgment is any
easy, epic win.

DEB FRISCH HID FROM APRIL 15th DEPOSITION!
CITY OF EUGENE MOVE$ FOR $ANCTION$!

Eugene (April 26)--Deborah Frisch, fearing humiliation, DODGED a scheduled April 15th deposition concerning her frivolous lawsuit, according to legal briefs filed in Federal Court today.

In response to Debbie's no-show, City of Eugene has filed a Motion for Sanctions against Teh Deb.

Teh City moved for Little Miss Debbie to pay $515 for teh fees of teh attorney and a court stenographer, who waited for Debbie to show at 9:30am on April 15th.

(Tellingly, time-stamps show that Deb Frisch spent that morning posting harassing comments on a magazine-blog; she also posted a stalking photo of a Springfield Police Officer at 9:26am that day, 4 minutes before she was due at her deposition.)

Teh City of Eugene also submitted a 23-page Declaration, chock-full of Deborah Frisch's vile and vulgar emails:

Debbie Hurls Vile Epithet at Court Staff
In an email sent on March 25th to teh Federal Court's Deputy-in-Charge, Frisch hurled the vulgar epithet "cockocentric" and insinuated teh judge "serviced" an attorney for teh defense.

This bit of batfrisch could end up haunting Debbie moar than she anticipated. Teh Deb has already been warned (twice) that her vulgar abuse of court staff could invite judge-initiated sanctions--"including," warned teh judge on January 7th, "dismissal of claims."

In short: Debbie might not only be slapped with a $500+ bill when this motion is settled--Debbie's whole frivolous case might be trash-heaped by a judge fed up with Debbie's vileness. (We can only hope, lol.)

Can't Outwit Teh Lawyers? Harass 'Em!
Teh Declaration also included several letters where Debbie heaped invective upon lawyers charged with standing up to Debbie's bullying.

As veteran Deb-watchers know, this is Miss Debbie's only maneuver: once she's losing teh battle of wits (which is, like, always), Debbie resorts to limp-lobed tantrums to win teh day.

In never works:

• In teh civil action of 2006-07, Debbie tried to bully a Denver attorney. Deb's effort failed--she was slapped with an injunction (and her blog was shut down).
• In teh criminal case against her in 2008-09, Debbie tried to bully prosecutors into dropping charges against her. Deb's effort failed--she was slapped with a 3-year probation term (and forced to pay restitution to her assault victim).

Debbie seemed to believe that, when it comes to harassing your opponents in court, Teh Third Time would be Teh Charm! Early on, emails from October 2009 showed that Teh Deb, losing to superior intellects, was trying to win through intimidation. Teh judge overseeing teh case, nauseated by Debbie's vile childishness, needed to give Debbie slap-downs teh following month, and in January.

As today's forceful maneuver by City of Eugene's attorney's demonstrates, Debbie's bullying strategery will prove a quick route to EPIC FAIL.

And Gerbil Nation? This editor tried to contact various members of teh gerbil "Inner Circle" for comment--but all were busily attending to a "Pwn Debbie"-themed martini and champagne party. Cheers!
