DEB FRISCH FILES IMPOTENT MOTION WITH
9TH CIRCUIT COURT OF APPEALS

Eugene (Sept 28)--Little Miss Debbie electronically filed a moronic
motion with teh 9th Circuit Court of Appeals today...

In teh vile and incompetently scribbled motion [TEXT OF MOTION
HERE], Miss Debbie begged teh court to give her access to teh
audiotape of her vile and threatening remarks while she was
being transported to teh Lane County Jail on Sept. 21.

Of course, since teh 9th Circuit Court has already said that Debbie
Frisch's frivolous lawsuit is a "closed case," dummy Debbie can look
forward to teh court laughing off her toothless attempt to get hold
of a tape containing Debbie's vile, vulgar and threatening tantrum
after Debbie was duly arrested and carted to jail for violating teh
terms of her probation...

Of course, even a blind pig can find an acorn now and again--and so
there IS one truthful sentence in Debbie's blathering rant:

"once October 5 arrives, it’s all over"

Eugene (Sept 20)--Dummy Debbie Frisch attempted to bully her way into an athletic function at Elmira High School on Saturday. Alert gatekeepers, recognizing that Frisch is a jobless pedophile and convicted violent criminal, wisely barred Miss Debbie from teh school function.

Teh result? A blizzard of vile, vulgar, libelous and racist blog posts!

Debbie's temper tantrum, following civilized people's refusing to let disgusting Deb Frisch shit the carpet, reminds us of similar such events in April and this month. (On those occasions, Frisch was attempting to enter drinking establishments, in violation of teh probation slapped upon Deborah Ellen Frisch [aka Oregon Criminal 1675174], which runs through March 2012.)

VILE DEB FRISCH VIOLATES HER PROBATION,
GETS BOOTED FROM BAR!!

Eugene (Sept 7)--Deborah Frisch faces possible criminal prosecution after
causing a violent, vulgar scene at an Oregon bar on Sunday.

According to several eyewitnesses, Dummy Deb Frisch entered a drinking
establishment (teh 2 Friends Pub and Pizza), and fouled teh air with a
vile and violent outburst toward several patrons and teh bartender.

Eyewitnesses confirmed that Frisch exploded with rage when teh bartender
informed Debbie of teh "two drink minimum." Frisch shouted obscenties
and epithets (including teh f-bomb and teh n-word) until she was shoved
out of teh establishment. Several patrons then informed teh bartender of Frisch's lengthy criminal record of stalking, harassment and assault, and Frisch was banned from re-entering teh establishment.

Teh next day, Debbie was stoopid enough to post blogs evidencing her criminal behavior.

Miss Debbie's appearance at teh establishment violates her probation--which runs through 2012, and forbids Frisch from entering any drinking establishment.

Debbie's shit-fit this weekend reminds Frisch observers of her April 2010 violation of probation--when Springfield police recorded a criminal complaint against Frisch for trespassing, stalking and harassment.

It remains unknown what sparked Dummy Debbie's latest frothing inferno. Frisch has been increasingly erratic since her frivolous lawsuit was nuked by lawyers who proved a thousand times smarter then Miss Debbie, leaving Debbie to surrender and beg for mercy, last month.

One amusing irony: Miss Debbie pitched her latest blubbering shitfit over teh Labor Day weekend--a day to celebrate people who, unlike deadbeat Debbie Frisch, actually WORK for a living.

Deborah Frisch has been unemployed since 2006, when she made threatening, sexual remarks about a two-year-old boy on teh internet. Since then, Frisch has scraped together beer-money by panhandling, scamming food stamps, and fraudulently renting a cottage on a property she doesn't own.

DEB FRISCH GETS ANOTHER VISIT FROM COPS:
Lane County Po-Po Investigates Debbie's Harassment

Lane County (Aug 24)--Word has surfaced that Dummy Deb Frisch
got yet another visit from Lane County police.

According to police dispatch reports, Teh Deb was teh subject of a
complaint at 12:20pm on Thursday.

Dummy Debbie was AWFULLY busy that day, spewing all sorts of
crap on her blog. Looks like Debbie Frisch also decided to do a bit
of "drunk dialing," to boot.

This is teh THIRD recent police visit to come to light--Debbie was
also teh subject of complaints in August 2009 (when Deb Frisch
made a death threat) and April 2010 (when Debbie tried to violate
her probation by entering a barroom dance; of course, bouncers
quickly 86ed teh carpet-soiling toddler). Frisch also received a not-so-
friendly visit from teh FBI, after Debbie sent a threatening email to a
Federal judge, in January.

Debbie has also been convicted of two crimes, in 2006 (when she
stalked and harassed a woman who wouldn't sex Debbie...ew) and 2009
(when Debbie assaulted and harassed an innocent victim who had
teh GALL to offer Frisch a ride home). Word is also swirling that
Debbie Frisch recently committed FRAUD by subletting a property
she DOESNT OWN.

DEB FRISCH OFFERS SURRENDER!!1
Debbie begs for mercy, settlement of frivolous lawsuit

Eugene, OR (Aug 9)--Deborah Frisch has offered to SURRENDER her frivolous lawsuit, according to a web post Dummy Deb posted on Thursday.

According to teh post, Debbie emailed her surrender-offer to teh City of Eugene on August 3rd. In teh email, Debbie agreed to drop her lawsuit in exchange for ZERO DOLLARS, lol!

The desperate plea followed her unsuccessful attempt to interest an Oregon Magistrate Judge in overseeing settlement proceedings of teh lolsuit. Debbie made that pathetic maneuver on July 12th; teh judge laughed in Debbie's face teh following day.

It only took Miss Debbie 15 months to realize teh obvious: that her lawsuit was a frivolous pile of steaming muck, which could made Debbie liable for THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS in defendants' legal bills.

Even now, Debbie doesn't realize quite how screwed she pathetically is--even as late as Thursday, teh Deb seemed to think she had leverage to negotiate teh terms of her humiliating surrender.

Teh clock is ticking now. Tomorrow marks two weeks since Debbie filed a pathetic protest against teh Judge Magistrate's recommendation that teh last chuck of Debbie's turd of a lawsuit
be flushed. Which means that teh Federal Court can put teh final stamp on Debbie's total defeat any day now.

Will Debbie wise up and take teh deal? Or will Debbie's stoopidity triumph once again? Tick-tock, tick-tock--time will soon tell...
